First of all, don't you know that all SW ask for more than they will accept? Most in GZ will go for 200 RMB ST during normal times. I get them for 100-150 RMB in the suburbs. Second, do you usually give waiters a 33% tip for good service?

With all due respect, I suggest that you stop paying such ridiculous prices in GZ or stay away altogether. It makes it more difficult for those of us that live here.

I am an ABC long time reader of the forum and have finally had a chance to travel to China. Now I have returned and can post my first report. I speak and understand barely minimal putonghua as in enough to get by when asking for prices, ages and home provinces. I speak and understand a Cantonese dialect not widely spoken thoughout the province but it is close enough that it helps me be able to say that I can get by with minimal Cantonese language abilities.

I have visited Gaungzhou and stayed at a friend’s place in Dashi town in the Panyu district near GZ. I have RTFF and learned about BBS, Sauna and KTV. My mongering activities were restricted to solo opportunities to venture out and the first time out I thought play it safe and try a hotel.

When I RTFF, I learned that most business hotels have extra services. I visited the KingFive Hotel in Panyu at 588 Yingbin Road across from the BMW agency; there is a large banner welcoming visitors to the Canton Trade Fair above the front entrance. The large menu for Massage in the lobby showed the most expensive option being the VIP Korean massage for $198 for 90 minutes. Up to the second floor and asked for the VIP massage, I did not negotiate since this was a published price. The hostess showed me to a room which was a regular hotel room with large bed. Gals came one at a time for me to choose, I chose the second one who petitie and cute, early 20’s from Guangdong in a tracksuit uniform. I showered by myself as she watched tv. The oil massage was very good but only feeling of her legs was allowed as she would step back as I worked my way up to her thighs. On the turnover, my attempt to slip my hand under the top was rebuffed and request for her top off was answered with a no dice wave of the hand. As I explored more on foot, I came across some service outlets. First one which I saw but did not sample was up a short alley across from the side entrance to the Panyu Xiang Jiang Hotel at 538 Yingbin Road in Dashi town. Easy to spot from the side street; there was a large show window with 6-8 gals sitting around in dressy clothes. As I advanced up the alley, a guy sitting on the street accompanied me and encouraged me. A price of $400 was given while I viewed the gals through the window; many doable from young to older. Fortunately, from RTFF, I knew this price to be too high and just said I would return after having a bite to eat. I decided not to negotiate since I wanted to check out the rest of the area first.

I found another BBS nearby off of Dayong Road. This road starts where the pedistrian bridge crosses over Yingbin Road just past the BMW agency. From Yingbin Road, proceed through a few intersections and it is up a narrow alley to the left. There were 3 young gals watching tv on a sofa with a papasan sitting outside. I enquired and was quoted $150 for FS. I passed on the tall thin one with the wild hair and chose the shorter one, both cute but this one more appealing to me. She took a key and we went across the alley up to a second floor room. I expected the worse and was pleasantly surprised to find a room with tasteful and alluring posters on the walls with a large bed. Good report on BBS action in Dashi. I will try to find the BBS you refer to since I often monger in the area.

That said, more and more BBS in the Panyu area are being shut down. I went hunting with Mr. B on Sunday late afternoon.

Nanchun: There used to be over 25 BBS in this town. We were told that only 1 was left and they only had 3 girls working at night. A motorcycle took us to a smaller village nearby where they had 6 girls in a room. Price was 100 RMB ST, but the quality was 2-3. We passed.

Shiqi: All the BBS, including the HJ places were shut. There used to be 15-20 places in the center of town.

Shilong: One of my favorite BBS is history. They opened a legit place there. All the FS BBS are gone. There are only a couple of HJ joints left. I went into one and selected a girl. Rate was 40 RMB for the HJ + 120 RMB more to stick it in. No BBBJ available so I walked.

A motorcycle guy approached us and told us everything was shut and offered to take us to a new BBS nearby. Off we went. There were 6-7 girls in the shop, most of them doable. I selected one with that "China doll" look from Guizhou. It was probably one of the worst if not the worst BBS experiences I have ever had. First of all, the mama tried to charge me 200 RMB. ShiQiao: There are still plenty of HJ places open, but most of the FS places are gone and the ones left have very poor quality. Only one HJ place I know of will let you stick it in for 100 RMB tip. Most of them have a standard menu:

40 RMB: Rushed HJ and very little groping allowed.

80 RMB: Soapy or oily HJ and more liberal.

120 RMB: Breast HJ

160 RMB: Legs HJ

BBBJ is usually not on the menu. Problem is that they try to upsell you early in the session and if they are not successful they rush you out with a quick plain HJ.

Even the SW action in Shiqiao is hit or miss as LE patrol constantly at night.

I am desperate to find another new area to monger in the Panyu area. CP is a bit of a hike for just a quick release.
