If you enter through "main" entrance, it is in the back of the mall. They do all kinds of lab tests, including HIV. When I was serious with a girl I would take her there for testing. Let me give you some free medical advice. Your friend is wasting his time rushing to a clinic. It takes approximately 90 days for the HIV virus to be detectable with current technology. Any microbial activity ie urinary tract infections takes at least 10 days to manifest. You can take antibiotics prophylatically but I would just wait the 10 days and then get a test. You could otherwise find yourself taking antibiotics before a test which is not a terrible outcome but why add to the possibility of unnecessarily building up resistance to antibiotics in addition to the possible allergic reactions, sun sensitivity, etc

If it is any comfort HIV is relatively hard to get (unless you are sharing needles or are having receptor anal gay sex) and the incidence to my knowledge in the Philippines is relatively low. I am not suggesting that you throw caution to the winds and hop on unprotected but lets put the risks in context.
