Please ignore my earlier report- Tigresas is very much open. This time in General Roca 340 I took the first corridor on the left and buzzed the buzzer for the door above which is a sign "Sala 114". Once inside you do indeed mount a staircase. I'd forgotten that the staircase is inside the door and not vice versa. That's my flimsy excuse for not finding it last time and I apologise for any alarm caused!
