I've had nothing but great experiences with agency Ro-Girls (Diva, Admiral) but I always carefully read the reviews and go with well reviewed girls. The biggest correlation I've found between price and quality is the flat. Diva is probably the one most currently mentioned, here and in other places, but I would expect the general impression is valid across the board, for all these agencies. The annoying part is that most of them change names from agency to agency, so you can't just look for the name of a Hot Collection girl and hope to find her reviewed at Diva under the same name; requires a bit of annoying sleuth work.
