Sao Paulo Reports

Today I went to Miruna at 12 pm. Once I entered the manager Rachel / Raquel made eye contact and then heard me speak Portuguese and was a bit shocked. I was informed only 3 girls were there and only 1 available. The rest would arrive 10-30 minutes. Any way the only one not busy with a client came out and introduced herself. While the wait of four years could never, ever be justified, I have to say that my experience came close. As there are three different clinica reviews plus a nightlife event to share, I think I will divide my reports among five. That way, they might be easier to read and also to organize.

Day 1: The ABG Introduction at Tangara.

I arrived Saturday morning and napped until early afternoon. I then made my way toward Tangara 200 where ABG was to rendezvous around 3 pm. I walked from the Ana Rosa Metro stop which only took about 15 minutes. It would probably be longer on a reverse journey as the topography favored the walk down. Easy to find with the address and Google Maps. I especially liked the shortcut through a cobblestone street only I and the other 10 million Google Map users would be privy to. Anyway, ABG was nowhere to be found, which turned out to be perfect. They knew immediately that I was waiting for the ubiquitous frequenter of select clinicas. I enjoyed a beer delivered from across the street and had a perfect view of the introductions which occurred sporadically. There were more than a handful of girls and a few more guys. The crowd would build as we got closer to the barbecue.

What the facility lacks in contemporary furnishing and decor, it makes up for in character and space. The sprawling patio outside offers a fantastic place to visit with friends between, during, and after events. I would also say the hostess was top notch and very friendly.

About 45 minutes after arriving, I heard a bellowing voice enter the waiting room from the INSIDE, not the OUTSIDE. My immediate suspicion was correct, it was the one and only ABG. He greeted me warmly as a kindred spirit and ensured that I was being attended to with every possible accommodation. Of course, he had cause to be in high spirits as he had just completed his hour with Manu, a girl he was quick to recommend.

After a nice discussion of my plans, he provided his recommendations based on the current lineup. He mentioned others, but kept coming back to Manu. For those uninitiated into the hobby, sloppy seconds may seem a tad odd, but, in this environment, "seconds" would mean a VERY early arrival to a clinic for a popular girl. So, after ABG had a quick discussion with her guaranteeing a nice GFE, off we went.

Off to the room we went. Of the venues, I think this bed was the largest and most comfortable. The in-room shower facilities are fine. A short break from Clinica Reviews.

A couple of young colleagues wanted to see Sao Paulo for the first time. One is a giant, fit, marshal arts expert, so I thought, "What a perfect night for 'Deep August' So, we went down the street way too early. The disturbing trend of the street becoming a mainstream young person party venue has continued. The sleazy places are now outnumbered by teenage hangouts and gay bars. For eye candy and a pseudo nightclub atmosphere, I always found Casarao the best atmosphere, so in we went around 10:30 pm. Holy crap, were we WAY too early! There was us and about 20 girls who all flocked to us hoping we were stupid, drunk, and horny. So, we immediately dashed for the door (being only 2 of the 3).

They seemed a little miffed at me for taking them to such an establishment, so I then got us a cab to All Black. I used to sit with the owner at this establishment during its first year of operation. It's now so popular, I don't think she or here husband spend much time there. Anyway, it was booming as every trendy place is in the city on a Saturday night. The band, which played mostly 1960's rock, was phenomenal. My fit, single, young colleague worked the bar for some time. There was considerable interest. When he tried to close the deal on one, she balked when she found out he would be leaving within 24-hours. All Black is a pretty nice place, but, for my money, too crowded on weekend nights. It is fairly expensive as well. O'Malley's is more comfortable and, if anything, cheaper. Just more expats there which I try to avoid.

Now after midnight, it was time to return to are. Augusta. We walked a good distance down the street. It is a fun street scene. I don't know about others, but one of the things I LOVE in Sao Paulo is the genre of "lanche" venues. They come so alive at night with revelers stopping in for a beer and (usually) french fries between parties. They feature every age and class of citizen (and non-citizen in this case). Once finished, we re-entered Casarao since we still had 2 beers each left on our consumption allowance (30 R for entrada and 3 beers). The place had transformed. It was loud and somewhat packed. There were at least 100 girls and who knows how many guys? We found a seat downstairs against the wall and enjoyed the show and occasional introduction. My 2nd friend, also young but not nearly in command of the supply and demand curve, spoke at length with a girl about coming back to the room. I told him that the only way to do a girl there would be onsite, but, like all whippersnappers, he wouldn't listen. So, he got her down to $100 US. I then asked if he had, by chance, checked to see what the house would get. Oops. I don't know how much it would have been because he knew he was at the top of his budget.

Sunday at Miruna:

The lineup was the best overall of any of the days, but that's not necessarily a forecast for other days as Sunday seems to be a day for girls to work in whatever clinicas are open.
