I've always asked the lady if she's comfortable with it, even for sessions in the kino. I'd go as far as saying some of the ones I did it with seemed to get into it as much as I did. In my experience it was mostly with Brazilian, Russian, Czech and German girls and was a daily repeat occurrence in Atlantis, Oase and World.
