i came back to give pattaya another chance recently, and its still pretty depressing - numbers and talent are way down on beach road, and almost all the high-skilled high-service girls from the old days are gone, along with most young good-lookers. what's left are the aged ones and a fair number of middle-range non-drug user types. the story goes that the police are jailing fairly long term (2-3 months) any girl that tests positive for drugs - they can grab the girls anywhere and force them to [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord111][CodeWord111][/url].

so, naturally, most of what you see on the beach now is very chubby and ill-motivated with out drugs. its really not worth bothering, and the rest of the town is a rip-off - low quality for high prices, as always. this new form of crackdown seems perhaps more effective in the long run than the old days of blackshirts running up and down the beach at all hours.

I don't think it's HIV risk. There would be little (I'm not saying non-existant...) risk of HIV. It's more like, to do with bacteriological diseases.

I have to confess that I have stopped visiting Eden in BKK for precisely that reason: the girls there won't engage in a 2X1 romp without stopping for 2 minutes each time to change condoms. To me, that's just too lame. There is the risk of disease, sure, but you can also get disease from kissing. Should the girls, then, demand that you wash your mouth in disinfectants before daring to kiss them??? (In Eden they do - which is the SECOND reason I don't go there...)

im a rare user of beach road girls but only last week i did a wander down br about 10:30pm near soi 8 and there were definitley some very good looking girls preening themselves for a night on the town. hit and miss though as i've always thought. this night was a hit though as i got a very very pretty (and i'm fussy) 19 year old who was planning on going to ws later with some friends and wanted a st first to subsidise it. paid b800 (she asked for 1000 but got her to b600 then gave her a tip as she was ok for 2 pops).

as i say, br not really my thing, more for cheap charlies who like ugly skanks and are too tight to buy a ld or pay a bf but i was there anyway and saw a nice one. doubt it will happen again much. i'll leave them to the cheap charlies and have the nice beer bar and gogo girls instead. :-)

during the shows a smaller number of girls takes to the main stage. they dance naked, their bodies adorned with paint that glows under black light. the girls in the show are a subset of the girls who dance during the go-go sessions. i suppose the club believes these girls are better looking than the others. but to my eye that wasn't the case. during the show the girls just dance. there is no interaction with each other, or with the patrons.

if you are a fan of body paint i guess this could be entertaining. to me, it was no big deal. one thing that detracts from the body paint show is that a guy comes on stage at the start to finish painting one of the girls. at first i thought they were just running behind in their preparations. but it's apparently part of the show. perhaps the theory is that some customers find it erotic to see the paint being applied. to me, it just a distraction. when i'm doing the sip and stare thing at a strip club or go-go bar the last thing i want is any male interruption -- whether it be yammering djs exhorting me to tip well, or waiters in lieu of waitresses.

after the shows the painted girls retire to the shower to wash up. in the champagne club, however, there is a plate glass window that allows the patrons to watch this from their seats. it usually seemed like there were two or maybe three girls in the shower following each show. so it would appear they take turns providing the post-show sudsy seduction. i don't recall that there was much girl-on-girl interaction during the showers. but it was still worth a look. the girls are of course hot. and the lighting inside the shower is such that their skin looks very nice indeed as they soap and scrub.

even though i visited early in the week the club was full. granted, it's not a large venue. but it's off the beaten path. so the crowd suggest to me that pattaya punters favor the place. bottled beer was 120 baht and there was a commendable lack of hassle. the waitresses didn't pressure me to buy more drinks, and the girls were willing to let me sit undisturbed. nice!

it has been reported there are short time rooms upstairs at the champagne club and some patrons were offered the chance to take the dancers up for a spin. supposedly this irked the authorities and sparked the recent raid. not sure why that would be. the "choose lady, have drink, go upstairs for short time" business model is well-entrenched on soi 6.

in any event, i didn't observe any customers headed upstairs during my time in the club. as a matter of fact, i didn't observe any customers headed out the front door with girls either. granted, the beer and the view drastically reduced my powers of observation. but i think it's fair to say there was a fair amount of "just looking" going on the nights i visited.

to be sure, i was new in town and definitely not up to speed. but it seemed to me the club attracted groups of guys who were well familiar with the scene in pattaya. they seemed to fit the profile of the long term resident or guys on extended holiday. watching them share a drink and a laugh i got the impression the club was a nice place to start the evening with a little "tune up" while enjoying some spectacular scenery in a low key environment. turnover seemed to be brisk. that said, nobody ever did or said anything to me that suggested i was not welcome. indeed, even though i was very new in town i had a great time.

i didn't pull from this club, so i cannot comment on what short time hotels might be available in the vicinity. nor can i provide any data on the bar fine or the going rates for the girls.

finally, i never stayed until closing time. but i was in a bar very close by (the oasis club - worth a look too) when the clock struck 2:00 a.m. the lights came up on the second and it was clear that it would not be wise to tarry.

i'm definitely a regular of champagne and i reckon, while not every girl is, there are some real stunners here, and the stunners are as good as some
of the 'jap' bars in ws. good naked shows too. some of the coyotes are lovely too. good atmosphere too. i wouldn't travel here if not in the soi diana area but worth a look if you are.

and i'd agree that oasis on a good night has some lovely girls too.

I've seen guys buy lady drinks and pay bf for uglier girls(skanks) in gogos then on beach road. If one is into 'skanks', better to get them at a third of the cost then in a gogo.

Actually, guys, one mongering related question about scuba diving, and I figured that if it is doable then it would be in Patts.

Those of you that scuba dive will know that diving usually involves a long boat ride to the dive site, then a wait between dive 1 and dive 2 while you decompress, then a long boat ride home.

That time can be, well, put to productive use if you have taken a girl along with you on the boat I figure. Does anyone know of a scuba dive operator that is cool with this? Or even cooler, one that has a female diving assistant that comes along on the boat ride and as a special service blows the diver(s) during decompression time... :)

Dec 5 is the King's birthday.

Dec 4 was normal.

On Dec 5, it seems all the go-go bars were closed. Some convenience stores did not sell beer; some did. Restaurants were selling alcohol. Most open air bars were closed; Some of the open air bars were open with girls and alcohol, but the lights and music were turned off.

Other Bangkok post said this closing was due to election. Anyway, go-go bars were closed which sucks!

I hope everything goes back to normal on Dec 6.

Going to be in Pattaya in a few days. What bars currently have the fun'st girls and the best looking ones? I know that things change on almost a weekly bassest. But what have you guys been seeing these last few weeks?

I don't know anyone who would want to fuck between dives. Usually divers want to relax a bit and eat something.
2. All the diving instructors I have seen in Pattaya are male.
3. If there was a female instructor, as much as it costs for an instructors certification I don't think she would be the type to put random dicks into her mouth during a dive.
4. Would you want to take a random girl with you and pay the 13,000 or so baht and spend 3 days to have her certified an open water diver?
5. Say if you did happen to do #4 then the next day or whenever for the actual act you would have to rent equipment. You would not have to actually take a boat. You could do a shore dive. However, the water around Pattaya is not at all clear so you would need transportation to another part of the coast or maybe do it from Koh Larn island.
6. Have you ever tried to fuck in the ocean? I have successfully done it a couple of times with only swim trunks on. It is a job in itself trying to get and keep a hard dick in the ocean then to have to stay coupled while waves are rolling. I would not dare try it wearing equipment on the ocean floor. (Besides most people wear wet suits.)
