Three weeks makes for a very good itinerary. I recommend roughly a week in 3 destinations of your choosing. I don't think you should try to spread yourself out too thin and try for 4 destinations. AC has practically no learning curve for a newbie. Girls are super friendly and speak English. All the bars are located on one long street. It is comparable to Pattaya in this regard. Jakarta on the other hand is a far more complex and a more interesting major city. Jakarta girls are pretty spectacular and the food is great. Jakarta is comparable to BKK. AC and Pattaya are cheaper than BKK and Jakarta. If you only have two weeks, then stay in LOS and spit your time between BKK and Pattaya.

Here is an idea of 2 sample trips: Plan 1. BKK 3 days. Pattaya 6 days. Jakarta 6 days. BKK 6 days. Or Plan 2. BKK 4 days. AC. 5 days. Pattaya 6 days. BKK 7 days. If you prefer resort towns over cities then spend a more days in Pattaya over BKK and forget about Jakarta and visit AC.

The improvements just in the last 10 years are pretty remarkable. If I were a rookie sex tourist, I'd head straight to Pattaya and stay there for the full 2 weeks. Hell, even living in Jakarta over 10 years, I would probably rate Pattaya as the best place in the world to go. The only problem is it's not as cheap as places like Angeles City or Cambodia when it comes to prices for the girls. But it's so comfortable staying there with all of the conveniences, I think it's worth the more expensive price the girls charge. Still cheaper than Bangkok or Jakarta.

My wife stayed in BKK with me for 3 months couple of years back and her girlfriends own some legit spas there. One negative side of Jakarta: traffic."If you're not in a traffic jam, you're not in Jakarta".

But if you are happy in Thailand, goood for you. More Indonesian girls for the rest.

I suggest you travel a bit more around asia and see how hassle free other countrys are.

Yes jakarta is dangerous, some dirty fucker tryed to rip my back pockets off, in broad daylight, I suggest you read western governments travel safety websites a bit more and use google a bit as they all back me up and say safety is a issue in Indonesia.

I am planning a trip to Jakarta from SIN (where I have a 2. 5 days stopover) enroute my final destination.

With reading pages from Jakarta & Batam threads, I am up with some questions.

1) Tickets from SIN to CGK on Aug 26th (Sunday) are very expensive ( 300-400 USD) , any suggestions?

2) I read at places (forgot whether it was Batam or Jakarta thread) that one can get 24 hour LT gals. Can someone re-point me to that info / places where I can do so, pref. In Jakarta?

3) Been talking to a couple gals from Jakarta who work in their daytime but would love to F* around in off hours, do you think it would be safe to indulge with any such ones found on DIA? In particular, getting them to my hotel room, etc?

4) Do you guys have your favorite places in Jakarta where you have had the highest GFE-hit ratio?

5) Can I expect all sexual activities in Hotel Classic & Hotel Travel alone? Or should I look for other places?

Remember, this is my first time to Indo. So any good sampling would be fine.

I've got much better documents these days, but even so, I haven't heard of anything like that happening for well over a decade. If you are from a developed nation, the only money you will be asked for is for official fees (I hear it's different for African and Chinese passport holders). Jakarta is "extremely dangerous"? Pffffft. What words would you use to describe Brazzaville, or even Dar es Salaam or Nairobi, then? It may be slightly less user friendly than Bangkok for a completely inexperienced traveler, but the worst most people suffer is a slightly padded taxi fee. Even then, it's been years since I've had a real "argo kuda" problem or even a taxi driver deliberately going a really long way around (some drivers don't know the city as well as they should, it must be said, even Blue Bird has it's share of drivers just in from Indramayu. Most of them will ask you if you know how to direct them where you want to go, if that's the case. Poor bastards, I feel a bit sorry for them, I always wonder if they are going to make it safely back to the base in time).

Recently spent a weekend in Jakarta. Must say that despite Ramadan this place does allow for a fantastic mongering weekend:

Friday evening: started off at Top Gun in Block M. Decent band and quite some *lookers around. But many of them had hilarious price expectations: was quoted IDR 1. 5mn for s / t. After some beers over the street to D's P. Which is a very interesting venue. Front part is a Sportsbar with various activities, in the back part a separate room caters to more intimate activities starting at IDR 100k; an experience not to be missed, highly recommended *. (PM me is further details are needed). A few attractive girls next to some more average looking ones. After experiencing some good services time to bid farewell and move down the road to MyBar, which get's active post 12 am (during Ramadan closes at 1:30am). The quality of girls was similar to Top Gun, but (possibly also later hour) the price level in a different league and all seemed to be more friendly, more in a party mode. Also good band, had a great time and s / t take out ended up being only IDR 500k all in. Very enjoyable time with a stunner, who knew how to perform.

Saturday: Evening activities started at Hotel Classic, again a *very interesting *venue. Forget what is on Floor 1 (said to be a total rip-off) , Floor 3 (if I remember correctly) is what you are looking. A huge hall with an un-imaginable selection of beauties (and some less so, but all in the 20. 30yr range I wld guess). Very pushy Mama-sans, but they do get the message if you want to go slower on the selection process. Quality is great. Maybe my friend and I simply got*very lucky. And prices very reasonable at below IDR 300 (incl. Room and protective gear). Had a great looking 20 yr old, excellent GFE experience (cannot forget her cfm look at me while she was blowing me.) with the works in a modern decent room with shower. Very well spent IDR's, this was real value for money. Rest of the evening again in Top Gun, which was a bit disappointing as the ratio of below average ladies was far too high compared to other venues and those who did have the looks behaved like bitches. Which they probably are. Finished off again at MyBar with a s / t take out with a friend of the previous night's babe, who again did know the art of performance.

Jakarta during Ramadan might be slightly slower and bars might be closing a bit earlier than normal, but this activity beats many other places anytime of the year. Always provided you are into the Indonesian / Malay looking type gals.

To some earlier mails on Indonesia hassels. I have been to Indonesia countless times, never had any really noteworthy negative experience; but hey this is Southeast Asia and at the end of the day you never know. If you can't take it, simply stay home and leave the beauties to those who like this place.

Every year, when Maribaya closes for Ramadan, a few girls take rooms in Melawai and operate from there. I normally went to Maribaya on the last day and connected with those girls who tend to rent rooms and take their HP numbers and give them mine. They would then sms me the room numbers. It was mongering as usual for me in Maribaya even during the holidays. But, this time, unfortunately, I have had to be away from Jakarta for a longer time on account of being deputed to some God forsaken country for the past 4 months. Just landed today. Obviously could not connect to any girl in Maribaya to know their room numbers. I have an option of going to Melawai and finding out the details from the guys down and will be led there. But, the girls would have to pay commission to those guys. I would not want want the girls to loose out, since they are staying back during holidays to make some extra buck for their families.

In the past, I used to PM the details to regulars. But, this year I have to be dependant on our friends on the board here. Would anyone know the room numbers or have the HP numbers of the girls operating from there. Would appreciate if you could PM me the details.

You are obviously right. Please do not venture out into Jakarta. Its not a place to be in. Getting girls is very difficult. And hunting for mongering places is an ardous task. maybe you look like a newbe or you met a selfoverrating chick. as a regular visitor to jakarta (and top gun & d's place) i pay 300 k for short time (2 or 3 hours) and 500 k for long time (all night) plus 50 k taximoney. the girls know and accept that (except some girls with star allures). ....................about the horrors of jakarta: i also have been to indonesia countless times, i realy look very caucasian with blond hair (what is left) and my worst experience was that i had to have a girl removed by security that anticipated on vomiting on my clean shirt.

Or stay overnight at Batam for a lower rate on the next day. About 600k. Use that difference to hire an overnight gal at Batam. Believe me it's very easy and straight forward to get to Batam. You'll need about 2, 5 to 3 hrs from the airport.

Forget DIA girls for such a short time and stick to Hotel Travel and Hotel Classic 3rd floor up the mechanical escalator (not ground floor) for afternoon delights. They used to have a promo for a 3some around 400k at Classic.
