I don't disagree with you, and I do find myself going to those places more and more inspite of the high price, but there is one huge drawback: The girl's vaginas are always pretty 'saap' - they have sex too much and thus are easily irritated. So a real vigorous wet bang is very rare in a massage parlour, in my experience.

I agree. Pussies are very dry and the girls are rarely excited, but the service is usually very good.

So it has come to this: I can’t rely on getting a quality session at Rainbow bars. I have been frequenting Go Go’s since my first visit to BKK in 1989. On other visits to Rainbow, I have had very good experiences, but it has become hit or miss. In almost all of the majority Thai visited massage parlors, you will have an A experience 90% of the time or more...the gals there are told by the managers what is expected and what customers want, and they provide, otherwise, they wouldn't be working there...from what i have been told by the gals too, the conditions are far better than working in the gogos...i stopped with go gos a long long time ago...at minimum, absolute minimum of 1500 baht ST (in a crappy 3-400B ST room if it is on premises), plus another 600 bar fine, plus at least one lady drink and one customer drink, you have already spent far more than anything even some of the top class massage places offer....if you want conversation, stick to the freelancers, and there certainly are tons of freelancers who look on par with go go gals if one makes the effort, or else hit the massage joints..i'd be all in favor of a go go boycott

I won't go so far as to say those two characterizations are mutually exclusive, but I have come to expect excitement and wet pussies due to frequenting mostly beach road freelancers for years (however freelancers in Bangkok are mostly in my experience no good, particularly for the price).

first of all let me apologize for this post. I know this just sounds ignorant, I know as a senior member I should take my time to do proper research instead of just asking this question, but I just got booked for tomorrow for one night in BK. My first one (am familiar with SH, Seoul, TP, SP and others). As I am travelling alone, don't know anything about BK and have no time left to RTFF before my flight I just need a little newbie help to find action:

- What is the process in the go go bars? Which is the best? Where is it?

- Which is the recommended MP and again where to find?
- Maybe there are any newbie posts you can recommend?

I am staying in the SIAM CITY HOTEL BANGKOK and are looking for beautiful companion for the night even if more expensive. Also considered escort but I am not sure if there is real need or if I can easily find action by myself.

For comparison: In SH I prefer Saunas, in Seoul Room Salons...

If it were me I would forgo the go go bars and go to soi 33 of sumkumvit. Many things to do on the street, but no go go bars. Check out the Artists bars, the office or Livingstones bar. These are hostess bars. There are some massage parlors on the street also. I am sure you can go to Cowboy ad find something but I don't think the quality is there compared to Soi 33.
Anyway good luck. Prices are higher on Soi 33 than cowboy or Nana ** which is going down hill fast(

I was in Soi 33 in late May. For two nights running I tried, and on both all artist bars, Office etc were dead. Barely any customers, and few girls. Found one lovely though who spent a few days with me. She said it was the same most nights.

Office was a favourite of mine. Non-pushy, generally attractive girls that didn't look the working girl part when you took them out. And sport on the TVs. But, alas, it was barely worth walking in this time.

Guess it's just a matter of time before things pick up again, but let's hope it's sooner rather than later.

Soi Cowboy was, however, heaving as usual.

Watch some of the 33 bars, some are known to pad the bill, add extra drinks, girls get drinks which you did not agree to. There was a list before posted that listed a few to watch, I know I never had a problem at Powleys, Office or LL with the bar bills.

Some others I had massive problems with before.
