I work a little far from the area, but it just so happens that I had business around there and decided to check things out for myself. I went at night time around 10PM. If I wasn't being ignored, I was being laughed at or mocked.

This was worst than 588 AND Suwon. At least in those places, I got SOME attention. I understand why this place isn't talked about much.
