I have done it seveeral times at the mediocre hotels and also the expensive ones. In any case you intend to change your partner, that will be a problem, unless you are able to remove the tag from your old girl to the new one, which I doubt that it is going to be easy. At this moment, cheap varadero hotels and casa particulares are open to everyone. On 15 October, the better hotels will be opening up but only to international tourists. Myself, a foreigner living in Cuba won't be able to go to these hotels during that time until it is open for domestic tourists. In this case, you cannot bring your chica to the hotel in varadero. Probably in a month or two, they will revert to the pre covid policy. Nobody knows at this moment. Cuba can be crazy. I have not heard of any country going from phase zero to phase three in a day. You can't simply bypass all the processes needed especially in dealing with this pandemic. Only Cuba can do that.

Got to stay with the same one. My problem with my regular chica, is that she absolutely refuses to register anywhere, casa, hotel, doesn't matter. In those days I will look up 2 other chicas who I have have been with and am in contact with and scout around for some new pussy. Everyone is looking for dollars right now. CUC is slowly phasing out so there is no point keeping it. Most good stores in Cuba are now MLC stores (usd or convertible currencies using card). Probably difficult to understand but this is the reality and what is currently happening. I pity them cubans but this is life. You deserve the government that you have I guess. I don't intend to have a debate on politics here, just trying to share my intel on the ground.

I don't keep CUC at all nowadays except to pay for gas and some loose change. Almost everything is in dollars nowadays. Some places (restaurants, spas etc) are also giving discounts if you pay in usd. Just so you understand the situation more.
