A good place to stay in Phnom Phen is Queen wood Hotel. It's right across from Sun Moon. Has a rooftop bar. Restaurant (not so good).
Drinks are good and cheap as well. Balcony is a good place to watch the coming and goings. It's about $30.00 a night for 2 beds and couch. Girl friendly.

Some guy even posted photos of bug bites he got. Rooms seem very tiny as well. My girls enjoy running around the room taking selfies. It's dirt cheap though. May consider it as an hourly room for a Cyrcee girl since it's almost the same price as the Cyrcee hourly room. A Darling Darling girl would cringe.
