You can always find other activities that are more risky or less risky than BB FS.
I'm sure it is more dangerous to cross the street than getting hit by a gun or catching HIV. Still I will have to cross streets one time or another, so it is an unavoidable risk and thereby you cannot compare it to BB FS which is an entirely voluntary decision.
