So my initial inclination was to send the first realtor some screen shots showing what would have been his commission, being paid to fledgling, junior agent. But, before doing so, I stopped and thought "Yeah, this guy is a fag, but what if one day I get a flat tire and my cell phone battery is dead. What if he happens to be the only person who drives down the deserted road I'm stranded on?" Of course, that's an incredibly unlikely scenario. Point being, if somebody is not a sworn enemy already, it's probably better not to make them one. Of course if they are, feel free to take revenge on them. If the girl is not really on your bad side, I don't see what benefit could come from pissing off a woman who might be mentally unstable, and inclined to retaliate, even if they don't have your personal info at the moment.

The first real estate agent had a listing agreement with you that said, as long as the agreement was in force he gets paid if it sells even if you fire him. 6 months is the standard duration for a listing contract, if it sells during that time period he gets paid based upon the contract.

Then the second realtor gets paid because he was the "procuring factor" that got the sale to closing. Finally the buyer's agent gets 3% commission because he bought the buyer.

So you now owe 9% to the realtors instead of the standard 6%.
