Hey Papushko,

I stand by my report on your girls trying to upcharge me because I did not have pesos on me. I have been involved in this hobby for much longer than Stoya's has been open. You could learn a thing or two from me as to my travels as a monger in Brazil, Argentina, China and most European countries. You can toss in the Middle East and Africa for good measure. Just because I reported an upcharge by your girls does not make it true? So wrong. I only submit factual reports. Period.

When I eat at a restaurant in Juarez they extend the courtesy of the current exchange rate. Fellow mongers that visit various pharmacies in Juarez know that the good ones will give one the current exchange rate. Go to a nice hotel such as Fiesta or Lucerna and they will give the current exchange rate. Does not matter if you pay in dollars or with a credit card. No need to worry about an extra charge for using a credit card. Not even a penny or shall we say peso. I can even name MPs that will offer the current exchange rate.

I have noticed that you like to promote Stoya's via this website. Fine. Yet realize that this website is so fellow mongers can share accurate information about our adventures with the hobby. Obviously you did not like me posting about the upcharge by your girls. Suck it up. It is true. Think about it. Sure, you are not an exchange house but an MP. So why do restaurants, pharmacies, hotels and other MPs extend the courtesy of the current exchange rate for their customers? Ask yourself this question. You might learn something.

You might learn something.[/QUOTE]In somewhat a defense for the exchange rates he chooses, it is not always possible they will have correct change, sure the high volume sellers give a better rate as they have the change available. Rounding to even dollars is his preferred method. Why is paying in pesos an issue? You will generally get better prices by doing so. In any case, prices should be posted, with both dollar and peso amounts stated, as to avoid any confusion.

Uhm, so what happened here when Joe Vato paid $40 US dollars? I'll make a guess. The girl probably told Joe it's $40 US dollars, so that's what he paid, not knowing he was suppose to pay only $30 US dollars. The girl takes the $40 dollars out to management, and tells management she needs $10 US dollars for change to give back to Joe. So management gives her $10 US dollars to give back to Joe. Management thinks everything is okay. So does the girl give Joe back the $10 in change? No. She puts the $10 in her pocket, and Joe doesn't know he's been ripped off $10 by the girl. It wasn't management that ripped him off, it was the girl.

I'm guessing here, but I'm betting this is what happened.

What does Papushko say to do if this happens? Here's his response, if this happens, and I'm quoting, "If a girl charged you 40 dlls for the regular massage let us know and we will look into this. " Joe didn't realize he had been ripped off by the girl, so he didn't bother to inform management.

How did Joe view this? Well he states how he viewed this, and I'm quoting Joe here, " Make sure that you take plenty of pesos with you. It wasn't the massage parlor that wanted to charge Joe in dollars without an exchange rate, it was the girl who pulled a fast one on Joe. I'm guessing this is what happened.

[/QUOTE]Could all be avoided simply by paying with local currency, pesos. At the present exchange rates, 400 pesos is less than US$25.

Get your facts straight X-factors. It was a total of three girls that wanted to upcharge and I did the smart thing. I walked away. I have read your reports and you tend to be a smart ass with people that post. As if you have the mongering experience down pat. Detective Xfactors: :D[/QUOTE]Or both the girl and management split the ripoff. At San Souci, management will give you an exchange rate of $12 MX to the dollar. So yes it's best to have pesos on hand preferably in small bills no higher than $50 MX.

Just because someone has a differing view or offers explanation on an experience is no reason to call them out and make threats. If you know someone in real, have some class and leave it off the boards and grow up. This isn't play school.

Management could ask her to repay it or get fired, they don't need rip offs to ruin their reputation, but good girls are hard to come by. There's not many that won't take advantage when they can, just their nature. Easily solved for the future, post prices, in dollars and pesos, make it clear, up front, what the costs are.

I finally made it back to El Paso / Juarez after a very long absence. My first night, Friday night, I decided to hit El Encanto. Place is still sleazy and run down as I remembered. I arrived and the only one working was a girl who introduced herself as Alejandra, about mid-20's, little chubby but definitely not obese.

Paid my 400 pesos and it was off to the room for a decent massage. I fully understand I'm not going to get a sports massage or anything of that quality. I flipped over and Alejandra went to business. BBBJ and a couple of positions. She was somewhat enthusiastic which was good enough for me. She also had huge areolas which I kind of liked.

The bad part is, I couldn't use the shower. Something to do with the shower floor cement had not fully dried. So I left Juarez and walked across the Santa Fe Bridge with baby oil all over me. That sucked.

The next day, I checked out Sirenas. It didn't look open on the outside and no cars were parked outside of it. I pulled on the door and it was locked. After being introduced to the lineup, I chose Eveline, a taller, thin bodied and MILF looking woman. Paid my 400 pesos and this massage was worse than the one in El Encanto.
