I've never been denied entry to a club when in a group of guys, realized probably because I always get a table. If you're 3-4, it does not turn out to be too expensive, if you're going to be drinking all night. Bottle service always tends to be cheaper.

Key to this is befriending locals or farangs with them your allowed entry but not always I have seen Malaysians getting stoped as they thought they were Indians and I have also seen Singaporean Indians getting thru without a hassle in shit cloths just because they have that accent.

Most problems faced is in bkk and particularly at Mix intercontinental.

No amount of money gets you thru for some reason.
