If your flight to BKK arrives in the afternoon you can just head up to the departure level (take the odd escalator walkways) and catch a taxi outside. If you don't mind waiting there are various buses, too.

I started having sex outside the USA on my first trip to Jamaica on a summer break from college. Bob Marley & the Wailers were an upcoming band back then. The highest rate I paid was 950bht and that was in May during the fighting.

I've been sold on Pattaya ever since, Bangkok is cool if he had more time. If he has only 3 days. I'd say go to Pattaya stay on soi 8 (eastiny place) and prepare to have fun. He can visit the bars the on soi 6, 7 &8 during the days and hit walking street at night. I'll arrive in BKK next month the first night I will meet a friend in BKK the next morning I'll be in Pattaya.

Since we are talking about first times here. My first few times in BKK I had not even heard of Pattaya. Then I met a guy in the lobby of the Nana hotel who was either in the US Army or a contractor in Iraq. I asked him what he was up to. He said that he was waiting for the bus to Pattaya. I asked what that was. He told me and my wingman that it was better and cheaper than BKK. We had been to a lot of mongering destinations and so far the number one spot had been about a tie between Rio and BKK.

It still took me a few more visits before I stepped foot in Pattaya. But since I went there I have not looked back. We finally visited Manila and AC in September and we were not impressed. If you are not fucking, eating, or sleeping then there is literally nothing else to do. Plus Filipinas are shaped like a board when their clothes are removed. Since Brazil has changed so much (exchange rate being cut more than half, inflation, closing of Help Disco) it is really not even worth going to anymore. And I lived there and did some MBA studying there so that is saying a lot.

My first few times in Pattaya I stayed on Soi 8 but then I got tired of all of the noise. I moved to the All Seasons Hotel where it is very quiet. Then I stayed at a small apartment building for 500 baht/day a couple of times before getting my own room for 4,000 baht/month in a larger, almost new building. To me and my VHO Pattaya is by far the number one mongering destination on the planet. Not only because of the girls, bars, and discos, but also because there is so much else to do between sessions.

If you are just sitting around waiting for someone to drop a ton of fun in your lap then it won't happen. Since I don't believe in bar fines and I don't drink much then I don't do bars and agogos. I am strictly freelance and non-pro. Sure I might stroll down Soi 6 and talk shit but I have no intention of going with any of them until they are off the clock and at such time turn into freelance. I will have them call later or meet me at the disco. You have to remember a bar girl or an agogo dancer is expected by the establishment to produce. Their primary purpose is to separate you from your money as quickly and efficiently as they can. Disco girls in Pattaya on the other hand are not under so much pressure. Many guys go to Pattaya looking for sex. I just go to simply have a great time. As I tell non-pros all around the world when they go into the spill about they are not going to fuck me because they want more than sex, etc, etc. I can fuck anybody. Why do I need to fuck you? I can go down to spot XYZ and pay 20K pesos. 20 soles, $10, 15 reais and so on if I just want to fuck somebody. Pussy has never been a problem for me. Getting a nice woman who I genuinely enjoy being around and who is not full of shit is the problem. Take for instance today. I am in Accra, Ghana. This morning at 11am I met a young lady who works in a stall at the crafts market. She came by my hotel at 6pm when she got off work. I say just find someone who you will be satisfied with fucking and enjoy hanging out with until one that you just got to stick your dick in solely based on your stunner criteria comes along. Then transfer to the other train. But beware, everything that glitters is not gold. That is another way guys are going wrong. They go into the agogos and beer bars where the "show" must go on. Then they get back to the hotel and find out they have a dud or a starfish. A good example is my ex girlfriend in Peru. She is a TV personality. At work she has to deal with all these people and really appears to be a sociable person. But in reality she is a loner and hates being around people. One is the "show / work" her but the real one is the her when the cameras go off and she leaves the studio. So don't be pulled in by glitz and glamor. It may be only temporary and / or work-induced.

As far as non-pros go I used to get on TLL before I made a trip to Thailand. I was pretty successful on the site too. (I am reminiscing about a hairstylist my first time in Pattaya who literally begged me to cum in her mouth.)
