Hi Folks!

I'm posting this one in the Rio section (although a general inquiry) because it is the most visited thread, maybe you can tell me if you like to talk about this here or direct me to other sections.

I've been spending holidays of my last two years during wintertime in Pattaya – Thailand.

Which is good and probably still the best value in mongering around. Yet, I got a little fed-up of tiny shy bar girls and I would like to have some hardcore experience with hot Brazilans (cim and anal, both quite rare with cute Thais).

So I am starting gathering information in order to figure out if I can afford it or not. My issue is mainly on budget plan, indeed.

I am addressing this to those who had experience in Pattaya as reference to compare the two and to all familiar with price and rates in Brazil in general.

Talking about numbers, over the last two years I had 2-weeks holiday each time with a budget of roughly 1. 700 euros total, including plane, hotel, shopping and above all sex (1 session per day with 1 girl, generally staying overnight, but sometimes also short time). All without splashing cash in luxury, but without even saving on fun, if you know what I mean.

Now, I know Rio is getting more and more expensive (last year on the Pattaya thread I was reading about people who were considering to make the opposite move, I. E. From Brazil to Thailand, because of that) , but maybe it depends also on how long your holiday lasts and how many sessions per day you have.

I think I could stretch my budget to 2. 000 euros and cut-off here and there, but I think 7/8 sessions spread on 12 day is the minimum I can do to make sense to the journey.

Second issue is about the Brazilian system. Which chance do I have to pick up a beauty, not looking macho, not speaking Portuguese and not even being a disco animal? In other words, I would turn mainly to pros, so which options do I have: is there anything similar to bar girls or go-gos there, or is it all either free-lancers or thermas? Is it possible to take girls into your hotel room without any problem or extra-charge?

Also, I would appreciate a note about safety, because different from me my friends are Pattaya-aficionados I don't think I will ever convince them to make the change, so that I would be travelling alone.

Ok, I guess you got the picture now. Of course, I also am quite flexible to track a different destination than Rio, as long as I am not ending in the middle of nowhere banging a black fat one past her 30s.

Lets do the math in dollars.

12 days?

2, 800 dollars. minus Airfare of 1, 000 = 1, 800 dollars. minus Lodging of 1, 200 dollars = 600 dollars.

Leaves you 600 dollars for 12 days thats $50 a day for food, booze and pussy. You can't do it.

If it was me I would shorten my stay to 7 days, you would end up with $1, 100 dollars or $157 a day,

2, 800 dollars. minus Airfare of 1, 000 = 1, 800 dollars. minus Lodging of 700 dollars = 1, 100 dollars. $157 a day

For food if you eat very cheaply you can use $57 a day and that leaves you $100 a day for pussy.

In order to stretch you money I would recommend the casas in Centro, there are many posts here about them, they are not all nighters. 1/2 hour sessions I believe.

You don't have to pay to get in. You don't have to stay and party. Just go see a girl you like and ask her to come back with you. You don't have to be in there any more than 30 minutes. I can't see myself paying a bar for a girl to leave work. The only time I did a bar girl was when she came to see me after work. And like you said it was the shy shit. I can't take that so I only deal with disco girls for Long Time and Beach Road girls for Short Time.

This is equivalent to 8,081 baht, whereas a 90 minute soapie session will cost you 1,600 baht (R$83) on the low end and 2,500 baht (R$129) on the high end.

To be fair, you can see that he did another session for R$80 or 1,539 baht for 60 minutes in a place that would be the same as going to a Pattaya massage parlor and getting extras. I did manage to get extras in a massage parlor a couple of weeks ago for 500 baht (R$26) but it was more like 15 minutes and quiet because as you know other normal patrons are sharing the same room which is divided with curtains.

In Rio a Balcony freelancer will start off at R$400 (7,696 baht) for the night although you may be able to talk her down some. In the discos in Pattaya standard pricing for an all-nighter is 1, 000 baht (R$51).

As you can see from Sangue's explanation a place to stay will cost you at least US$100/day. You can get an equivalent place in Pattaya for US$20/day. My studio apartment in Pattaya is $150 for the whole month with free wifi + electric and water which usually run me an extra $17 if I run the air conditioning a lot. One thing Sangue did not mention was transportation throughout the city. From the airport to Copacabana alone a taxi will cost you at least R$70 (1,346 baht) for the 30 minute ride. In Thailand from the Bangkok airport to Pattaya an hour and a half away will only cost you 1000 baht + 60 for tolls (R$55).

I would be the first person to tell you to try a new place if you have not been in order for you to diversify your portfolio. But in this case it would not be economical for you to choose Rio over Pattaya. In addition I don't think you will have as much fun in Rio because it is no longer as "point-and-click" as it was in the days of Help and Ho Beach; whereas in Pattaya all you have to do is literally walk outside of any given hotel or apartment and there is P4P pussy all around you. For Rio you will have to put a lot of effort into researching the scence and looking at maps to learn your way around in order to find each venue. In Pattaya all you have to do is show up.

As a follow up to my previous post. Both girls will do anything, ANAL, CIM and pretty much anything else. This is one of the benefits of having regulars at certain places. You can get pretty much any service from them you want and I do mean anything!

In my humble opinion there is no comparison between the two.

Hot ones by the way. Was quoted not much more for the night, but what for, to sleep? Can always call another girl in the a. M, the call girls are reasonably priced. Though I will agree, overall it was much more then I thought Brazil would be, the service was great, and the dollar is so weak you can't expect to get much more for it, at least until the next election hopefully!

[/QUOTE]Rio is probably the best place to go for a Brazilian rookie. Other cities are cheaper (except Sao Paulo) but will not have the P4P infrastructure that Rio has.

[/QUOTE]If you are sick of tiny, shy girls Rio can suit you well. There are many tall girls and they pride themselves on having thick ass. Look at how Brazileiras pose for pictures. The always try to get there butt into the picture. You will find all shades from white to dark black but most will be a pleasing light brown. Almost all will be beautiful and some will have done porn or been in Playboy before you get to them. And they are not at all shy but tigressas in bed. Almost all will give skilled BBBJ and will pound away in different positions daring you to make them come. They seem to have ESP at knowing what you want.

In some ways you will find Rio easier than Pattaya, some ways more difficult. The main difficulty is that Rio is a real city with normal businesses and it happens to have good P4P spread throughout the city. You will not find anything like Walking Street or even Beach Road with bars stacked on top of each other (except maybe Vila Mimosa). I recommend that at least at first you stick to termas. You probably are not crossing an ocean and spending real money on airfare and hotel to have quick sex in a grimy room. Some members here have great experiences in VM and the casa but if all you wanted to do was save money you could go to Thailand or even stay in Europe. I recommend getting some quality GFE and PSE in the Rio termas.

Once you find them the termas will be easier to have a good time in than the Pattaya gogos. Being turned down in one is almost unheard of. From the second you decide to engage a girl it will be like she has had a crush on you for years and just wants to please you. The termas are a lot like Devil's Den but there is no set menu or line-up and you have a lot of time for foreplay before you go to the room. During this before time is when you can negociate what you will expect in the room (anal, CIM, etc). Not all of the girls will do these things but if you ask and they do not want to they will be happy to point out a friend that will. There is also less possessiveness than in a gogo. If you go with a girl more than once she will often suggest friends for you to take the next time. There are no mamasans so you will have to do some asking directly but you have time to do so. On my first trip to Rio I had a girl introduce herself to me as,"Fuck in ass, come in mouth." Naturally I obliged.

I recommend trying to get an apartment in Copacabana near Siquera Campos. This will give you close access to the termas L'uomo and Monte Carlo and close access to the metro which will take you downtown to 4x4. There are other places you can go but honestly on a two week trip you will not need to go anywhere else. I doubt that even if you stayed in just one of those clubs you would have enough time to get to all of the girls you wanted.

If so your budget issues will not be as bad in Rio as if you wanted to have sex 2-3 times per day. In Thailand if you get a girl overnight you can have sex 2-3 times for your barfine and tip. This will be the same way in Rio if you get freelancer from Balcony. However, if your MO is only once per day you can have a great time in the termas. Although tragically the girls do not wear the minskirts with no underwear like in Pats they typically wear bikinis or lingerie. They are not on stage but mingling so you can grab quite a lot of ass while you are walking around. You can draw out the time before the session and usually after the girl will come back and cuddle with you a bit. Many times I have stayed in the termas all day until closing and then did not need or want a girl to come home with me. Of course I would usually session 2-4 times in that day so YMMV. Although I am a little bit out of date with the prices I believe the Copacabana termas price for entrance+40 minute session is about R$300 or $180 or E$130. 4x4 in centro will be slightly cheaper. There are also some discounts to be had by showing up early (L'uomo) or by taking a session early (4x4) but the selection will not be as good.

You can save about 20 euros per session at 4x4 by taking a girl before 5PM so you can get these sessions in at a quality place for about 110 euros. 110 x 8 = 880 so let's say 900. I do not know where you are coming from but let's assume 800 euros for air. That only leaves 300 for food and housing. Unless you stayed in a hostel and ate noodles you probably could not swing that but there are budget apartments for about 70 euro per night and you can eat for around 15 euros if you are a light eater and buy your drinks and snacks at the supermarket.

If you are mugged give up the cash and run away. I have walked all over Copacabana and Centro at all hours and never had any issues except with crooked cab drivers and shit flingers. Things do happen though but rest assured that a tourist getting killed is rare enough to make the news.

If you are really on a tight budget and only need one session per day or two agencies are a viable option. You should get 2 hours for about R$160 (E$70) including cab fare. These girls can be great but obviously you have to have a little bit of luck since you will not get to interview them before they come over.

Your ticket will cost you about 800 Euro, that leaves you with 1200 Euro, equivalent with R$ 2760. With some luck or good contacts you can get a nice apartment in Copacabana at the price of roughly R$80/day. 12 days will cost you R$960. Money for eating on cheap places, drinks, some sight-seeing, transports etc, lets say R$90/day if you do it the cheap way. This will cost you R$1080. Eight short-time (30 minutes) sessions at Centro privês will cost about R$50/session, which makes a total of R$400. That leaves you with R$320.

Conclusion: Yes, it's possible to do it with your budget. However, your budget can break [b]very[/b] easily. Maybe you'll want to visit a terma, session with Balcony girls, go clubbing, eat at Porcão, invite a girl for a nice dinner etc? Maybe you'll end up paying much more for lodging? There is also a risk that you, as a first-time visitor might get rip-offed somehow. It's not fun going on a holiday with such a tight budget. I think you should add 1000 Euro on your budget, or stay at home.

I was there April this year. I was in Copa 5 times in 2010 and 5 times in 2009 and 2 x in 2008, and I've never paid more than $150-200 reais for a Copa girl. In 2009 I took 2 girls cousins in for $50 reais a piece, and after I banged them they put their party clothes and went to Help. I am still friends with them on Orkut.

I know there is no contest between Rio and Patts in therms of hot girls, as there is no contest between Patts and Rio in terms of costs.

With 2800 dollars I would cut the trip to 5 days. Its better to blow it all in 5 then be a miser over 10 days.

I'm still eating as if I'm getting 4 reais to the dollar and I'm not anymore. My last trip I spent a ton of money eating out so I have to start getting myself on a new budget in line with the realities of Rio.

If you are BBBJ lover, then stick to Rio. I find in recent years, Patty gogo girls and disco freelancers, especially nicer ones perform less and less BBBJ as compared before (nicer one in Patty is getting harder to find as compared to years ago) , in recent 2 years I and my friends combined experienced less than half girls give BBBJ in Patty. Many gogo bars now you will have to pay in advance 600+1500 (dancing girls 2000 bahts up) plus drinks and LDs, such as the 2 Baby shops, you pay in advance without knowing what will turn out, and some gogo or freelancers would only go to short time hotel if your hotel too far. Really have attitude problem.

You can easily pay over 100 USD per ST and get a lousy service in Thailand now. If you are on short trip with limited budget and hoping for good service, I would stick to Rio termas. Absolutely no problem getting a performer, especially good BBBJ from termas, and pay under 100USD for multiple shots. My personal stats from termas is almost 90% give nice to super BBBJ.

If you have more budget, and on a short trip and want guaranteed service and quality, fly to Macau, Macau saunas is still my favorite whenever I can afford to splurge.
