I speak reasonable Japanese and didn't have much problem understanding the directions (see map): out the north exit, turn right and go past the police box and 7-11. Make a right at the next corner at the Uemura Coffee shop and go to the 4th Floor of the building on the right. Check out the map. The only trick is that the shop name in the building is different - in this case "Puri Puri." I go up the elevator and the shop guy welcomes me by opening his picture book of girls. About 10 girls on the menu. The shop is busy and only 2 girls are available. I pick the one that looks younger and bustier. Choose 60min course for JPY10,000. For my visit to Banana, I was disappointed by the service package provided by Nana, Although the Play Guide at the Banana website shows as "under construction, " almost all of these places have standard clear menu of "Play" services, which is almost universally advertised to include deep kiss, BBBJ, 69 and cfs. Nana missed the deep kiss, her BBBJ was short (I had to tell her to continue) and cfs was fairly uninspired. Every provider is different, so I won't condemn the shop, but be aware that the service level might not match up with the menu.
