Better yet, don't drink anything you'll save a lot that includes tips.
???? Does it work for you?
I know if you're in the bar you need to buy something water, beer, liquor etc..
Just seating watching ass and not buying anything can get you in trouble.
Most pain in the ass meseros will push you to buy a drink or they tell you that you can't be in the bar, it happened to me once.
Is there new bar rules now that I'm not aware?
I guess I should have re-worded myself. When I said that I meant it as just walk into the bar, go up to the girl you want, negotiate quickly and leave for upstairs. This way you'll avoid having to buy a drink. But I guess this is only good if you're only looking for a good time then leave. But if you're like me I care to sit and enjoy the ambience. So I'm required to buy a drink.
I guess if you really want to save money on water, you could always keep an old bottle of water and bring in a refilled one.
Lol, ive done something similar to that. Just make sure what kind of bottled water they use at that bar since it could vary from bar to bar. One time I went in to a bar bought the mandatory drink, of course I only drink water. After enjoying myself I left. Some time later, I decided to return so I bought a new one at a nearby kwik-e-mart, same label of course, and sneaked it in. Sat down on a table and the first mesero that came up to me saw the bottled water and walked away. Of course the bar has to be kind of busy to get away with something like that. Bottled water at the store is like 50 cents compared to the $3.50 at the bar plus the tip for he waiter, that's almost like $5 bucks just for a bottled water. Sheesh...
Luxor is expensive, been there once in Ensenada damage $150 USD for 20 min
in and out!
Girls are same quality as AB but no plastic, and they all dress like nurses no
sexy outfits.

Wait, so Luxor is not in Tj? I thought it was. I was looking for it walking around Zona norte and even the strip the last time I went. This is probably why i never found it.
Wait, so Luxor is not in Tj? I thought it was. I was looking for it walking around Zona norte and even the strip the last time I went. This is probably why i never found it.
Efjatel, Luxor is right at the border in TJ, next to the Pueblo Amigo hotel. Not unusual for there to be a bar/restaurant/massage parlor of the same name (same owner, different owner) in other cities.
Look off the Pueblo Amigo website map. To the right of the dark orange space for the hotel is another plaza with Senor Frogs and a Caliente storefront.
http://www.hotelpuebloamigo.com/location-en.html
BTW, $150 for 20 min is pretty steep but I guess possible depending on the extras you asked for. Or if you go straight for the sex and pop before doing the massage.
I only spent $55 & $80 for an extended 45 min session, but I already knew the girl. The selection at places like these are all hit and miss. If you're lucky you find 1 or 2 that clicks with you. Again, this is going to be more expensive than AB in general, but if you're hoping to be the 1st guy of the day for a girl, or you're looking for girls with less miles on the tread than AB, then these places are worth considering.

You learned pretty fast Efjayel :D
Luxor is located next to the Pueblo Amigo hotel in TJ.There are some hot chicas there but i prefer AB.

Question
Do any of you ever tip the guy who cleans the room after a session? I never have, but the last time I didn't tip, the guy got kind of aggressive, I just kept on walking.
-
Cameras
Cameras in Adelitas so in order to take pictures of the girls its just in the room right? and are people just allowed to take the camera inside Adelitas showing it a bit or do you have to hide it the whole time till you get to the room, What do they say to you if they see it.
-
ah okay, thanks for so many people clearing up the location to luxor. it's off the normal path i take. i never even go over there. i'll take a look at it though the next time i go.
cow x; cameras are not allowed in adelitas. but this doesn't mean they are tough on enforcing it. they won't pat you down or anything. i've seen a guy taking pictures with his digi-cam inside the bar, luckily that guy didn't get caught. a camera flash in the bar is not entirely unusual since there is usually a guy walking around offering to take a picture of you and the hot chica you're currently sitting with, for a fee of course. not sure what will happen if they catch you with a camera though. i suppose it could be a simple, "put it away," a confirep001ion or even something as big as getting the cops to come for you. so the safest bet is to not show it at all.
although, i've shown pics from my cell phone to some of the girls and some of the girls have shown me pics from their cell phones. so its perhaps okay to show pics(don't quote me on that) in the bar but its definitely not okay to have it pointing around like your taking pics.
in the rooms, you can do just about anything you want, i'm assuming. so you should be able to take pics of the girl. that is if she lets you. most girls don't want to have their picture taken. so don't take their picture unless they allow you to. remember, the bars are backed up by the police. hell, the police station is practically on the same street as the alley. so anything you do to disrespect their business, they wont hesitate to call the cops on you. and i'm sure i don't have to mention why being taken in by tj cops is not a good thing.

Yes, just about everybody does. Give the guy a buck. Don't be a tightass.

Best to avoid some of those little buggers (scabies, mites, etc) from the unwashed sheets they leave on the AB beds when it's busy.
Read up on them, and you'll quickly realize a clean sheet is worth a buck.

I only been once to Luxor in Ensenada, never to the one in TJ, but I'm sure the prices are about the same.

I never give the cum boy a dollar. My tip for him was left in the condom. Every MFer in TJ is standing with their hand out. Just ignore the worthless MFer. """Tip..tip..my friend!!!"""

One tips for services. The kid cleans the room. That's a service, and one that few of us would do. Therefore, I tip. I also tip the cleaning ladies in hotels, cab drivers and waiters. These people are acutally working for a living, unlike so much of the street flotsam that wanders around TJ. I never give money to street beggars, no matter how pitiful. But I don't have a problem with small tips to productive people. I think it may help foster a work ethic.
