Could you please guide me how to make a conversation with girls who are really wanna talk with me. The thing is I can attract the girls with some social works (based on your tips) but 'm struggling to start a conv. ! So could you just explain me how to make a show.

When I say be confident, I don't mean to say you need to walk up to a girl and deliver a confident, heart winning speach that lasts 15 minutes!
All I mean is DO NOT, hesitate to speak to girls.
Just as every guy is different, so are the girls. Some are introverts, some are extroverts, some are intelligent, some are plain dumb! And you never know what one likes in the other person.

A month back was in Chennai on business for a couple of nights.
Day 1 report
Called my provider and was offered a new (read inexperienced) gal for 9K. Accepted offer and directions were given to agent to come to my Room as I do not fancy going down to pickup girls when I am in a 5-star hotel.

Day 2:
Called the provider early in the day to confirm the booking and was promised an experienced north indian.
