This is 100% correct and unfortunate if you no NOT like the Haitianas, I was just there and it seems like all the Dominicans are bitching about it but not doing shit about it. How do you guys deal with chicas that come up to you completely unsolicited and refuse to go away?
As annoyed as I am with every motoconcho and cambio guy hounding me with every step, I can live with that. And I can stand the endless parade of unsolicited introductions from chicas every 30 secs when all I want is to sip my drink and survey the sea of chicas in front of me.
What I can't stand is the chica who won't fucking go away. I was sitting at the Merengue waiting for a friend when some chica comes and stares at me all serious and evil, no smile, no nothing but this weirdly intense asnd creepy look. I kindly told her no, but she just kept staring. After progressively terse attempts I finally started to get annoyed and told her to get the fuck away from me, at which point she made up some bullshit about how she was free to just stand there between me and the seat next to me (and stare at me like a crazy person). I mean really, has this approach ever worked?
I ended up paying my tab and leaving my drink unfinished. I think I might be finally getting a little tired of Sosua, and the Haitians in particular. I am going to get into trouble if I give in to my urge to start angrily telling them all to go fuck themselves.

Another thing I noticed which bothered me alot was the amount of kids running around begging for money. There were times I was having a drink at some bar and as soon as I received my change for the bill I was getting tapped on my back by some kid begging. One day I let it get to me and told them rudely go away, gets old when it happens several times a day. The kids then started taunting and flipping me off, so I just had to go before one of them decided to take a step further and do something dumb. Let me not even get started on the haitian souvenir shops located on the way to the laundry lady, I just asked a NG girl I knew from my past trips to drop off and pick up my laundry for me.
The best way I was able to get rid of persistent women in Sosua was to persistently offer them 500 pesos for the deed, which seemed to turn them off quicker than throwing sand in their vagina.

Nevertheless, if I'm by myself in Boca Chica or Sosua having a drink, and some biatch tries to move on me, I politely indicate with my head and/or hand that this ain't happening. If the biatch ignores my gestures and sits down anyway, I maintain my ground, politely ignore her, and get back to the business of chica hunting. It's her country, it's her town, and this is her business. She's just trying to make a living. If she has any sense, eventually, she will get up and look for a sucker somewhere else. I don't say a word to them (perhaps a polite chuckle), but I don't lose my cool.
Nevertheless, if the biatch put her hands on me, affectionately or otherwise, I have to believe that she either has no sense or thinks that I am weak or stupid. That's when my polite smirks and gestures become evil and ugly, like I could crack my Presidente bottle over their fucking head.

Without spanish Santo Domingo must be hard. I would recommend you try out Sosua for a few days. In Sosua you don't need any Spanish to get by, and everything you need is conveniently easy to find. I usually get tired of it after 3 days there because I tend to find more variety and beauty in the Capital. I will most likely be going back for a week in October as well, but I am not going to Sosua in this next trip.
The best turn off for women is to hear YOUR woman is coming shortly.

At the two bars I frequent you will eventually see all available chicas in town anyway, so you don't miss a thing.
Tomas, the manager at the corner bar has it down to a fine art. He reads body language and if you don't look interested he tells 'em to move on, they're not buying drinks anyway.
Sometimes, he gets a little too zealous cause he knows I'm waiting for my chica, who he knows and likes even though she treats him like shit sometimes. A couple of fine young chicas will come up smiling, asking for cigarettes etc, and before I can fantasize about a threesome, he's there protecting me, and hustling them out.

I agree with you 100%. I think most of us get lost in the thought of getting value and forget that the main thing is to find that girl who really turns you on after the deed is done. When you are planning to see her again you know you did well in your choice. The best ones are the ones who when you are home and you are making plans to return and you call her to see if she is still in the area.
There are some nutty chicas in Sosua.
I used to play the video game "Doom" and on the bottom part of the screen was the main character's face, the guy was always looking side to side (looking for some monster to pop out) raising his eyebrows with a mean face. Sometimes that is how I try to have my face in certain places in Dom Rep, sort of a mean face, even though I am laughing to myself inside. It's like poker, you can't give certain chicas even the slightest opening for them to think they can approach you.

Ok guys, I will be leaving shortly and while I am preparing my final report I had an idea that might be fun.
I am going to leave the cellphone I bought with Wilfred (the manager at New Garden) with some credits and phone numbers of chicas I put on my A-list. Anyone who wants it just ask Wilfred. Excellent advice! Spend your holidays in Santiago, Santo Domingo, or maybe Colombia or elsewhere abroad and leave the haitianas in Sosúa to those of us who appreciate them.
Cheaper, better service, better educated on the average (many of them speak three languages just for starters), more appreciative, less demanding, and physically fitter. Looks are a matter of personal preference but I ain't complaining.
I look forward to Sosúa being 100% haitianas. The way things are going I may not have long to wait.
