Simp alert! Pull over! Pull over! Have you been drinking sir? No, I just want to marry a prostitute and bring her to America. She loves me, even tho she has sex with men for money. I can forget her past. She tells me I'm handsome and she says she loves me. I believe her.
I think her jugs, not breasts, may be naturales. Based on those stats alone, I'd retire from the hobby and earn a high paying job at Mcdonalds in the US and have her raise my nepo babies locally.
Back to SA, as far as scams go, are there specific and safe restaurants or places to take these women on the Meet / Greet date, and is it protocol to only send her way the Uber / Taxi itself if necessary, rather than me ever sending her money online to get the ride herself?
Also based on your experiences, what have been the minimum and maximum COP to offer the SA girls? If I wanted a few hours or overnight, or she happens to be extremely attractive etc. It's around 3-500 USD Minimum in the USA on SA unfortunately for a few hours or even less time. Thinking I'd always negotiate online beforehand rather than waiting until meeting in person to discuss payments. But I do like to at least mention upfront I'd give them X amount to reel them in and see what they're looking for.

The mall closes at night. Buses are 24/7. The safe option is to wait at the covered bus stop where you are dropped off. Ubers will pick you up from there.
Hi, I've been to that mall and you will be fine to wait to be picked up. The downtown area is considered unsafe depending on where you're walking towards. I would just wait in the mall until you know that your ride is there to pick you up.

After getting off that plane, I'm usually tired and I just want to get to the hotel as quickly as possible. I have luggage and a backpack so that's also something to consider. I just take the white cab and it takes me directly to my hotel for 110 mil. None of this waiting around for the minibus to leave, getting off at San Diego, getting into another cab to get to your hotel. It depends on what is your time worth. Is $10 or even $15 worth it to you for the extra hassle?
I take taxis over buses almost everywhere. When I land in Pereira I can either take a 5 dollar jam packed bus ride or a 60 dollar taxi to Manizales, I haven't taken that bus in close to ten years, fuck that. But to each their own.

That way you are safe and you can bang them right then. You do not need to wait until the 2nd date in Colombia. The first time I was there I met SA girls in GHL hotel in Poblado. A lot of times I snuck them up without doing a guest fee.

But I do like to at least mention upfront I'd give them X amount to reel them in and see what they're looking for.
It may have changed since I have not used it for three years but if you are mentioning money up front, the woman is more likely a hooker than a girl looking to meet a sugar daddy or interested in something long term. Unlike the USA, a lot of Colombian women will not even mention price. If they do not bring it up, you should not either. I think I took 10 women to bed from SA in Colombia without mentioning price. With most of them, I gave them money later usually $80 or $100 which was close to higher end escort rates in Colombia. Yeah, you can get it cheaper for street walkers.
Don't even bother trying to form a long term relationship with a woman who is not a white collar worker or studying to be one. Keep those girls on a P4 P leash.
One huge difference between the USA and Colombia is how men can behave. In the USA, we have women crying rape after consenting to sex and feeling badly about it later. In Colombia, the laws are similar, but they are not enforced. Every woman I got serious with in Colombia had a half brother or sister because their fathers were fucking other woman. 86% of all births in Colombia are to single mothers, and most get little or nothing from their fathers. So that is the character of the typical Colombian man. "Oh, you are pregnant. I am out of here. ".
And a lot of the SA women will ghost you once you get here, so I would not be messing around with SA until one week before you arrive.
Most of the guys here say SA is a waste of $100 per month, and it is unless you are wanting something long term. For me, it was the easiest way to meet white collar women. There are a lot better options though if you are just looking to get laid.

I probably would take the bus if I were visiting for vacation. The extra 15 to 45 minutes you can save by using a taxi would be more of a consideration.
Just take the bus. It probably will be more comfortable too. It has a new stop right at the metro station that I have not tried. If you travel light, you could just take metro to your place or switch to Taxi when needed.
Daytime Centro is fine. Night time is OK too, but it can be scary if you don't know the place. Fear will cause problem. Uber might not come to pick you up so you have to wait more. This is your first time, so the arrival time may impact your choice for your safety concern and that mainly because of the unknow. When you are dropped off at the bus stop, you probably don't even need to lift a finger to carry your luggage, there are people there will get you a taxi and bring your luggage to the taxi. But you need to have some changes like 2 mil to give to the people who help you.
Last year I found out at 1 AM my 5 AM flight was canceled because checkmig can't find my flight. I immediately bought another flight later that day and arrived at San Diego mall after midnight. I walked to the BBQ street stand by the stop and order a plate of BBQ there before getting a Uber.

Saving Money
That is definitely a lot of posts about taking public transportation from the airport to save money. If you want to save money you should go all the way. See girls at the casas or El Centro streets only. Stay at a hostel since you won't be bringing girls back. Eat at small local places only.
But if you really want to save money, stay home, watch porn and masturbate. You can save hundreds if not thousands of dollars that way.

It's getting too dangerous over there no matter how careful you are. Not worth the risk IMO.
All the feedback you all wrote is helpful. My last SA and online dating question if that's even possible is when you come across a Colombian women writing her profile in English instead of her native language, is that a red flag? I was talking to a profile in Medelland that was written in English but I decided to use translation to message her, and a few exchanges of we're both beautiful and she wants dinero from arrangement leads to " Podemos tener sexo" from her. Is this too a red flag?
Because of this interaction with a beautiful woman in that low quality zero filter Colombian photograph, I was also contemplating what it would be like to just ship her here to the states for a week and possibly marry her. These women truly are amazing and I'm catching feelings. Now I know how many of our kind get scoped.
You don't even speak her language and you're going to marry her? You think she'd be happy being away from her friends and family living with a stranger? After a few months in the states, she'll ditch you for a younger guy (generally after she's gotten whatever she can out of you). Literally the most self-abusive thing you can do with these girls is bring them back home with you.

You do have to be careful. There is no way I am moving away from Colombia.
