Be that as it may, you can try the temporary credit card route, it is actually much safer this way. Most banks offer it, and I know for a fact that Axis bank has it, it's called e-wallet I think, just look it up.

We fail to understand how its not working. Any debit card with international option will and surely going to work. Check how you are using it. Like in SBI format await for the special hint code, rest follows with simple SMS code.
