I don't watch videos about Medellin on youtube. I honestly had never heard of DC Rob until I began to see him cited here. I'm aware of that sort of content that promotes insider perspectives and danger tourism (I'll take you there so you don't have to go). I asked about DC Rob because I didn't know why he was being mentioned in the context of what happens in Medellin. Maybe it's natural to seek out vicarious experiences. I haven't owned a car in several years but I watch a lot of automotive content.

As I write this I'm thinking that I might be wrong because I'm reminded of something that happened about 25 years ago in the Dominican Republic.
