Compared to the rest, St Lukes is a professional outfit. Run by a missionary group.
Though, as it is in Philippines, confidentiality is always at stake.
For diplomats, well, most of the time, diplomats are advised to go for post-billing hospitals, and St Lukes and the lot are in the list due to their marketing campaigns for expats!
So, yes, they are good, but because diplomats and expats patronise 'them don't make 'them ZE BEST. (just my 2 cents.)
There are better and caring doctors and hospitals, but they aren't around Manila. Sad to say.
Then where else in the Phils are they?
As my response to D2 is a long one, I've copied the most recent posts on this topic from the PGCC thread to here as our discussion doesn't really belong there and this seemed like the best place to continue it.
Do they do lesbo stuff? Or is it just you with one then you with the other?

They'll do anything you want for a large enough donation; something you don't seem inclined to do. But even if do decide to compensate them adequately for their time, how do you plan on finding them? What are you going to do, stand on a corner with a picket sign? You think these girls are the only ones walking around on Fields / Perimeter? You don't want to join ISG as a paid member, so no one can PM you with specific info as to where L & M like to hang out, work at or with their contact numbers / info (not that I would anyhow nor would I or anyone in their right mind post it on an open board).
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but I envision you as one of those grungy backpacker types that L & M (and many many other girls) would avoid anyhow. Give up your quest of trying to get contact info from paying members; members who have not only paid their $20 to ISG, but who have also been there, paid their dues and who have given back to this board in the form of posting meaningful, informative and helpful FR's as well as photos.

How would I find them? They are freelancers on walking street and its not a big place, and there is video right here. Probably will walk past the one from the video on my first night, but certainly will over time.
Did I ask for contact info? No. I asked if when they did 3somes they were active with each other, so don't act like I asked him to post their number on the open board when I didn't.
Pretty sure most girls would rather go with me then the average poster on this board, and if one goes with me once they always want to go again even though I don't pay them a ton,
The only place in PI I could share my experience was manila / makati. I did, unless you want me to be pink pearl and make stuff up I can't really share any meaningfu TR's yet, some of you need to realize that your attitudes toward noobs might be the reason many come here and only "take" because U-turn them off from wanting to come back.
You honestly think you're merely going to stroll down Fields and find L & M shortly after your arrival or even find them at all? You really are clueless. Yes, walking street itself is not a big geographic area, but factor in all of the side streets, the stretch of Fields between the walking street bars and perimeter bars as well as the perimeter bar area itself; now add the 6, 000 plus bar girls as well as all of the regular local girls and your chances are slim to none.
No, you didn't ask for contact info. Now we know why; it's because you're living in a fantasy world where you are dreaming of miraculously meeting them on the crowded and bustling streets (which are probably near vacant in your mind). Oh, and let us not forget all of the other mongers in AC you'll be competing with too; I'd say your chances of finding them just went from slim to none to mission impossible.
IMHO even if you did per chance meet up with L & M and you somehow managed to get them to agree to go with you, then without any photos (which you can't post) to back up your FR most of us here wouldn't believe a word of it anyhow.
Even though you say you don't have any interest in the PG thread do yourself a favor and take a look at it. You'll find thousands of girls who have gone with hundreds (and in reality, thousands) of "average" posters / readers of ISG. If you think you're something special you're delusional. But then again your screen name is undoubtedly taken from the cartoon character in the "Devil May Cry" video game (was a hot item with the "tween" crowd a few years back, so that should tell you something right there about D2) and not the Italian poet. So perhaps you really are a delusional narcissist who thinks he's a gift from the gods. Do you honestly think you're going to have all of the fair maidens of the Phils bowing at your dirty feet? And, with your magical super powers, you will one handedly slay the evil ISG members who criticize you? Get real dude.
What gets me is you can afford to travel and slum around in SEA, but not the $20? I don't buy it. Being frugal is one thing (and there's nothing wrong it; plenty of guys save up all year and travel to the Phils on a tight budget) , but being TOO cheap is something else. Sometimes you have to swallow a little pride and eat a little crow to move ahead and gain peoples' respect. But I guess that by now ponying up the 20 bucks has become a matter of principle with you. However, without hard evidence of your encounter (s) , I for one would certainly treat any FR about L & M you may post (and probably any other FR's too) as indeed a work of fiction.
You've brought the hostility upon yourself by initially asking questions that could've been answered by RTFF, gleamed from other boards and simple Google / Yahoo searches. You're just lazy and didn't want to invest the time doing your homework. In addition, instead of taking the advice of forum members you've made inflammatory remarks / responses about (and to) well respected members here. Can you blame them for their reaction?
You started to gain some respect with your FR's from Makati, but then you climbed right back onto your high horse and IMHO lost what little ground you gained. And FYI, many new members have been welcomed here with open arms, but they typically don't start off by asking frivolous questions and provoking other members.
Personally I spent considerable time RTFF as a lurker before I joined ISG; I then introduced myself and asked my first question (about info I couldn't find on the board). I received a quite a few PM's from senior members who not only took the time to welcome me, but to provide a lot of useful tips and info. Shortly thereafter I traveled to the Phils, posted some reports AND photos. Since then I believe I have gained the respect, trust and perhaps even some admiration of many members here. I've also met up with several members in person and have become friends with most of them; we continue to exchange PM's and emails, which has greatly helped to enhance my experience and I've even been able to reciprocate a few times providing help to them.
D2, you're looking at it the wrong way. The $20 isn't just about being able to look at the pics in the PG; it's about networking and making friends with the genuinely good people here on ISG (and not just the Phils forum) who are more than willing to help a newbie. By and large these are people who have no expectation of getting anything in return and who don't have any hidden agenda; just a true desire to help other mongers (young and old) have the best possible experience and avoid some of the more common perils and pitfalls. Yeah, there are some guys here with big egos and some who get off on provoking others, but this is true of any board and if you had taken the time to RTFF you would know who they are. Then you could've decided how best to deal with or communicate with them. But, by antagonizing respected members and not joining, you've not only alienated yourself from all of them, you've completely disregarded a very valuable resource; namely their considerable wealth of information; information that's not often shared on a public board. To me, what happens behind the scene is just as important as what is shared publicly. And there's something else you're missing out on; you can easily get yourself into trouble in the Phils. At least now I can take comfort in the knowledge that when I'm over 10, 000 miles from home I have friends who I can call on for help. Who are you going call, one of your fictional video game characters like Trish or Vergil? Let me know how that works for ya, ok?
How you proceed from this point forward is, as they say in the Phils,"up to you". You can either swallow a little pride or you can continue being viewed by the majority as a cheap ass who wants to take more then he gives; at least not give anything that would be taken seriously and be considered of value. Sooner or later you'll either pay up or get tired of being rebuked and just go away. But for now at least you do, IMHO, provide us with a distraction and some entertainment. And in case you don't get it, we're laughing at you; not with you.
Children,
This has been going on for weeks now. For folks who state they're going to ignore Dante you're failing miserably. There is the ignore button; give it a try. Same for you Dante; you know your critics, so add them to your ignore list.
Someone wrote that Dante has "provoked" members. Rubbish. This is a rather childish comment. One CHOOSES to be provoked, and for whatever reason several members can't control themselves.
Until Dante recently posted a comment calling some members "assholes" he has refrained from personal attacks. The same cannot be said for many senior members, whose attacks have been relentless. Face facts folks, Dante's posts are IAW the privileges given to a regular member. What piques many here is his refusal to subscribe. Non-paying membership is permitted by the owner. Seems to me when you attack a non-paying member for exercising his privileges you are by logical extension attacking the owner. Is this your intent?
What also concerns me is the attack by a moderator, one who by the very definition of his position is to arbitrate or mediate, i.e. sort out the conflict and / or put an end to it. The moderator should have stepped in when the personal attacks began rather than add fuel to the fire. Moderator, care to explain yourself?
Admin, could you please assign a fair-minded moderator to the Philippines section? Westcoast is absolutely correct that the Philippines section is amongst the ISG's best, but a sheriff is needed to police both regular and senior members' posts when situations such as this persist ad nauseam. Thank you.
Just a heads up for anyone planning a trip or about to arrive.
The summer has arrived early.
It was 40 degrees C today in a number of places in Luzon; 33 in Manila; 34 in Boracay and 33 in Cebu today. I have lived through 16 previous summers and it is definitely as hot as I can ever remember for early April.
All the locals are talking about it.
Be warned, and if you cannot handle really hot weather, change your plans for later in the year.
Three weeks ago I was up to my knees in snow. 30+ is nice on the beach.

I think it's good to have contrarian points of view, so long as you don't mind getting the point from the other side of the fence. I don't think anyone in the admin would characterize the comments directed toward anyone in this thread as a violation of any of ISGs rules of conduct, the "elders" included. You seem very sensitive yourself on this topic. A member / moderator suggests "ignoring" and confirming the exceedingly cheap mentality of another member and you think the moderator is in "attack" mode?

Frankly I lie so why should not they lie. Atleast this is my startpossition (and have allways been). What I expect and so on. It is the same at the Norwegian embassy and I can not just show up with little Erik / Erika and get a norwegian social security number and claiming him / her to be a norwegian citizen without proof. Actually I was happy when I learned that so I have a nice excuse to take this DNA test. My FC Quezon Council girl did not seem a tad worried when I told her so she claims it is my soldiers making her preggy.
I will fullfill my duties as a "father to be" with paying the St Lukes accordingly and when something pops out (approx 7, 5months) we will see. If it is mine then fine and if its not well I have lost approx 200000. 250000php (this is what St Lukes has told me it will cost in rough numbers). I don't mind. And to the FC girls defends she has not asked me for a single penny. This hospital was my idea and she agreed. For the session she would not take anything so I did the envelope and "gift" trick (not a new invention) just so I could feel better after juicing her up (and obviously I did).
I could not have been in a better position as I am now. I have a decent excuse to travel in and out to Manila (I just have to lie to my half pinay GF in Norway but that I am used to). I have created a new profile in both FC and DIA (I started with Dia) but I use a slightly brushed pic of myself so no one knowing me can recognize me but still so I can get away with it when meeting new girls either in real life or in webcam (important). So according to my new profiles I am actually Canadian, hehe, but from the english speaking areas as I can next to zero french. This time I will go for more ICON or Palladium girls (yes I know they are the same as you can meet everywhere else) and according to my intel Paladium should be reopened when I arrive. This time I just narrow my mongering from Ascott Makati and keep it close with occationaly expeditions to Greenbelt 3 area. ICON is just across the big roundabout. That is it pretty much. There will be a lot more CIB / COF / CIA / CIM and not so much ejaculations inside.
Thank you hutsori, one small correction though, I never even called people on this board assholes, when talking to sofia I said "people on message boards are assholes" meaning in general, because for whatever reason when some people get behind a keyboard they like to be jerks.
Saw the freelancer from the video tonight. 99% sure it was her, looked pretty cute in person but was already with an old guy (and a girl, not sure if it was same girl chris had 3some with)
This was in my first night of walking around for 45 minutes.
Walking street is a tiny place, if you want to bump into a girl here its bound to happen.

Guys like you, generous baby-daddies, and marrying types play a key role in public relations and advertising for the institution. You provide a critical counterbalance to the anti-monger propaganda machine funded by Western governments, non-governmental organizations, and religious missionaries. Word of your generosity will spread throughout Quezon and beyond making girls more willing to show up for random bareback cum-in-pussy sessions with drunken foreign mongers in hotel rooms.

Take her word for it that it is my baby and see how it plays out in the end. I will find out eventually.
yup, its a scorcher this year. never known it be so hot in april. my meralco bill is going to be sky high this month!
for those thinking of heading south, i can assure you that the situation in davao isn't much different, and the temperatures are flirting with 40 every day, with a heat index reading of 42 or so. it is hot, and i imagine it's going to get hotter still in may. my electric bill went up php1, 000 from last month to this month and i guess it will increase again before the summer ends. as yet, we've not been subjected to the black outs being suffered by consumers in other parts of mindanao.
speaking of the well know mindanao power deficit, there was a lengthy article in the inquirer yesterday or the day before bemoaning the fact that politicians have known about the impending crisis for about ten years, but in typical filipino fashion have done nothing about it but make speeches. i guess we're now reaping the dubious benefits of monopolistic control of the power sector, lack of competition and corruption. the bottom line of course, as always here, is that no one with the power to ameliorate the situaton gives a damn unless he sees a way of exploiting the situtation to his own advantage. the general economy of the region suffers of course from a lack of reliable power, but in the end, so long as the oligarchs aren't affected, no one cares. t'was ever thus here and will be so for the foreseeable future.
the ovine multitudes here are so habituated to lousy service and crumbling infrastructure that they accept it as the norm, which may partially explain why, as the rest of se asia becomes more developed each year the philippines happily bobs along in a sea of mediocrity.
