I had to leave Taiwan back in August for business, but am back now after 2 weeks of grueling quarantine. Before I left, Taiwan went into Level 2-3 isolation. I even asked them if they mind I shared their contacts for more business, but they were afraid of contracting the virus with strangers and that the cops were especially vigilent of adult workers because of the Wanhua spread. So we met at hotels under the guise of BF / GF. Now, that shops are opening back up, they are back to their regular shops or working at new shop. One is on Jilin, and I'll let you explore since trust me, they all will give you a he for 2 K + house fee and if they trust you as a regular, then FS. So no harm in asking for their personal Line. I went with one girl for years for only a massage and he, and only during the Level 3 at the hotel did she offer me FS and GFE and for the same 2 K, and I had to pay for the room of course.

My PSA is this. Treat the girls right and they are glad to give you their personal Line contacts. You can make appointments with them directly. And in extreme cases like a Level 3 situation, you still have a go-to. I don't know how long I have to be in Taiwan, but each monger has his own strategy and I gave you one that has worked for me. You can do better, what you described typically cost 1700 to 2000 or so. You need to find the right cluster of users or providers then you are golden. There is a sub list called dark brother high quality list that lists better looking girls but I don't know if it is still available or not as it is no longer my concern.

On other threads, users are free to post local forum reviews. I don't know why there is a limit on Taiwan forum. I had a few infringements because of that so I no longer post links because it will be removed anyway.

Then I just make a booking direct with her. Even if it's just HJ at the beginning, after a while it progresses to FS for the same price (1 K-2 K).

However if you go just go to a random MP I found that they want to charge the higher fees (3-4 K) initially.
