Personally I found an exchange in South Pattaya that is slightly better than others, been exchanging money for the last 4 tripS and always been favourable (even better rates for the larger € 200/€500 notes ). 1 Pattaya is one of the easiest places in the world to set up a 3some. In general you can think in terms of getting a discount for 2 girls (buy one get a second half price etc) as the majority of girls will see it as relatively easy money for her and her friend.

2 Apart from the genuinely bi girls most girls will be much more comfortable with their friend rather than a second random girl that you select. Typically the second girl will not be as cute as the first one you chose as the first one will be trying to help out her less desirable friend. If you select 2 girls yourself you will probably get 2 hotter girls but there may be friction / jealousy / mistrust etc.

I am not an expert on 3somes and will never claim this title. Only had 2 previous experiences before but just to add from my last 2 outings.

This may not be true to all but happened to me (twice).
