It is on 9th and Revolution at the top of the hill. Great selection of girls there, most are 8-10 in quality. These are not HK bar girls though so don't expect the same prices. Usually you can get a full hour, or more, for $100-$150 in your own hotel so in that regards they are more costly than HK but it is a full hour or more with no knock at the door and more freedom to do what you want. I always prefferred strippers as many ended out staying the night with me and I got fucked several times. That depends on the guy though. If younger and in good shape they will hang with you. Otherwise they do their deed and bail.

If the girl likes you they normally spend the entire night with you as many stay in sleazy apartments. Any cabby will run you there. There are also little apartments in the back but you pay more because the club wants a cut. You are better off sitting back, avoiding buying lap dances and drinks, pick your girl, and then buy a couple rounds while working out your details. Learn their shifts too. Usually they change out at 8:00PM and the girls who come in will want to hold you until 3:00AM when their shift ends. I have hit some nice chicks that way and had time to return and go for more or surf other clubs.

Smoking is becoming like the states; not allowed in the clubs. My old lady stripped there a few years and used to come home smelling like an ashtray. Then they banned it in 2009. Also, for a clean room that is girl friendly try the "Monaco." Close enough to walk to the red light district, but yet far enough to have some peace when sleeping it off.

To do this, from 14:00 cordoned off several roads are kept in the so-called "tolerance zone", including Constitution Avenue between First and Second streets, and particularly in the alley Coahuila.

Information provided by various police officers consulted, reports that the feds come from the capital of the Republic, and for the operation were supported by federal agents, officials and municipal, who guard the area.

the whole thing reeks. on the one hand, mexicans have a propensity for making up ridiculous stories, and telling them with a straight face. on the other, i have a very hard time believing the cops jacked the guy for just handing out his phone number as he states in the second story.

i've wandered over bunches of countries, taking pictures of everything in sight. never been bothered once. except in the rangoon train station. because it's also a military barracks.

i've also given small tips for photos, or bought kids some candy or snacks in exchange for photos. again, never an issue. but never something as extravagant as $25, if her story is true.

some of these girls are really tiny and you never know what their real age is. too many of them look like this. you just never know what can happen in mexico. sad but true.

on the part of the mother of the girl, she was no doubt told what to say and coached by the cops. i mean come on; who in their right mind walks into a store and asks to pay for child pornography shoots? shit for that matter, who in their right mind wants pictures of naked children? none of this made sense. but, truth is many in the streets of tijuana are ****. i actually side with the federales on this. no child should be put into that position because of being poor. after age 18 it becomes a personal decision for the most part.
