The USA and Colombia have a trade agreement and that means that Colombian court decisions and ours are reciprocal. In other words, a Colombian judge says you owe 25% of your income in child support, it can in theory be garnished from USA wages.

Now the woman has to have the cash to access Colombian courts and it is going to be thousands of dollars in legal fees. So, yeah, you are right not to be concerned about that. The women you see don't have the brains or resources to access the courts.
