Yes, has a free car-park (doesn't every hotel?). It's basically very fucking cool, in a great location and should be the first choice for those within that price range.

Definitely one of the worst places I have stayed at in my life. The normal room was below any backpacker inn and the so-called deluxe room looked really shaby; the cockroaches seemed to like the room though. The breakfast gave some kind of first-hand experience what Chinese soliders might eat in the province. Not my coup of tea. I found the Rydges Amora Tapae to be a hotel where price/quality is very good. I wouldn't stay in a low quality hotel just because it is located next to Central; you need to be a bit more flexible in CM.

I'll check what they offer and if it works out, report about it after my trip. About the free car park: Yeah, you are right, every hotel has a car park but for example at Lotus (see other post), it was a pain in the a.. to get those free tickets. And in BKK, some serviced apartments try to charge as well for parking. While I have never paid something for such parking, it is preferable not to have to argue each time.

Don't worry, parking is easy and simple and easy and free and easy at D2.

And it's definitely a very cool place to stay.

I will visit CM in end of March as a tour leader for a group of tourists from Scandinavia.

However, I want to try the pleasure of spending at least some hours together with some of the CM beauties.

This has to be done in secret (not to be observed by the tourists in my group), and my time for searching alone will be very limited.

So I kindly ask you CM experts, how would you have done it if you had limited time for hunting? Where to go for a quickie, where to go to easy and quick find a girl to take back to my hotelroom.

And do some of you know if there is escort agency or other persons who can bring girls to my hotel room.

Bro, are you in need of day time activity or night time?
CM not known for day time take outs to your hotel, mostly MPs for day action--but not sure if U could take away during daytime. Most other action are open when it gets dark.

I went to a traditional Thai massage last year in CM. and may want to go again next time but cant remember the full hotel name? I think it was located north of the old wall city on the way to Wat Doi Suthep. The hotel name had the word Holiday in it. Anyone remember seeing a hotel by this name with a Traditional Thai massage in it?

Does anyone know if this place is girlfriendly?

Sure would not like to have to pay out joiner fees.

It's all relative. If you take a girl back to a decent hotel, such as the Rydges, that looks like a hooker you are going to attract unwanted attention. If the girl looks like she belongs there no one is going to give her a second look.

Rydges is GF.

Rydges (aka Amora Tapae) is GF for a 600 B joiner fee. That's what their sign says in the lobby. It is GF only during daytime, not after 9 or 10 pm.

Was there 17th thru 20th March. Good hotel though with nice rooms. On my part, asked the bell boy Mr. Chai to arrange for a massage girl. She came at 9:30 pm and left a little after 11 pm. She was cute and although the massage was so-so I negotiated for a f**k for an extra 800 B. Total 500 massage + 800 F = 1400 B.

The hotel is also not exactly in the Night Market. About 10-15 min. walk.

That makes them not GF. They weren't doing that last year.

Had you booked for single occupancy?
