my father did the same, he invited me to Thailand at the age of 17. He said that every father once had to go to a brothel with his son and that Pattaya is the biggest brothel in the world.

It did no harm to me but not all people are the same. To be honest, I wouldn't do that before they turn 25 or so. I think it is best that they have the occasion to get some experience with the girls back home and are able to compare. It might be too much for them at that age and they should be more mature in my opinion.

I have also seen many guys who got addicted to LOS, the easy life and the cheap girls. They weren't able to build up relationships anymore and were only focussed to get back to Thailand, not on their career or what other goal anybody might have. In short, they ruined their future for a few years in LOS.

Besides, aren't you worried about any diseases, especially HIV ?
Sure, they will know that they should use a condom, but they might be too excited, break them (fingernails) or whatever. When I came to Thailand the first time HIV was no issue, but nowadays I wouldn't dare to put my beloved ones at risk.

My advice : Don't bring them to Thailand for mongering !
Avoid the usual sex scenes, Thailand has much more to provide than just the girls, it's a beautiful country with good food and nice people.

Very well said. I'm in my fifties now, but was lucky enough to first visit LOS as an eighteen year old (Hippie backpacker, not military) and what you say is true to my experience. I slept with a different TG every night, but in all honesty it wasn't that big a thrill because I could do the same at home with girls I had a lot more in common with.
It wasn't really until my late twenties, early thirties, a divorce,and a lot of subsequent trips to asia that I began to really appreciate what the charms of the Thai mongering scene were for me.
You're so right, a teenage male can have a good time in Thailand, but he won't savor the experience until he's been knocked around a bit by farang women; and yes, that half the age thing is good too.

I was in Phuket with my nephews last month (JUNE). They are 18 and 21. They loved it! I went to Thailand at 18 with the United States Marine Corps. I adjusted just fine after that. I had slayed girls before that and continued in my College frat and through my adult life. I adjusted well and have adapted my craft to work well in all atmospheres. From all the major cities in the US to most of EU and most of Asia. You just have to know the rules of the game. If they are well adjusted men they will roll with the program and whatever it has to offer. If it is pay for play so be it. If it is suave, dashing, courteous and coultured so be it. They can and will adjust if you teach them the value of the game. In the US it is, who looks the best or whom talks the talk and walks the walk. Confidence is all it takes to walk the walk. We all had to start on the fat chick or the local **** to build our confidence, self-assurance and poise. That is part of the game. However, If they are virgins and are afriad of girls i might say no. However, My nephews are animals and rolled with the program and grabbed what they could. They are both back at College now and slamming all that an 18 and 21 year old can. So if you have the option take their uncle to introduce them to the game. If they do not have one; I am for rent and will expose them to the delights of Thailand. Peace out.

I just want to thank everybody so much. I am not bringing them here to monger. If I was going to do that I would take them to Pattaya. Yes, we will play golf, ride gocarts, go diving and ect. I am just saying that if they do meet some honeys and have a good time that is also ok.

My company is flying my kids here to meet me. I have not been able to get back to the USA to see them this summer. So I agreed to stay here working till October. I just want them to experiance the culture, the food. Just the all around friendliness of these people. I am sure they will love it.

I just don't want you guys to think I would push anything like that on them.

Last summer I was hanging out in the Tiger Bar Complex and I saw this kid sitting at the bar drinking a Heiniken. when I say kid, I mean at most he could have been 10 years old. Sipping on the beer like it was a big ole teet from his mother. At first, I just kind of watched him for a few seconds. Then I noticed that there is a fucking hot girl sitting next to him who seems to be chatting with him. Now let me clarify something. This girl was by far the hottest, sexiest girl I have ever seen in any of the bars, go go's, discos, etc. in Phuket, and I've been living her for years. On a scale of 1-10, this girl was a 50. I mean this girl looked about 18 and had the most beautiful body all packaged up in some extremely sexy clothes. Great skin, long brown hair with just enough highlighting, and again an amazing body. So again, I'm looking around trying to see what's what. Well, of course I'm not going to let this vision, this goddess out of my sight, or out of my bed if i can help it, so I get up and walk over to her and talk with her. I asked her if she knew who this kid was, and she smiled and said "yes, he's my little brother". Just then, the girl sitting next to the one I was talking to turned around and joined in our conversation. This second girl, was also amazing looking in every possible way (including silicon breasts) and on a scale of 1-10, she could easily get a 20. Unfortunately for me, this second girl/woman turned out to be the mother of both of them, and her American husband was also sitting there with them. (Lucky bastard) I'm just glad I wasn't an idiot with the daugher. Not to dispute you, Ekspat, but truth be known - syph can and will transmit thru "simple" contact - in fact, dermatologists used to be a "prime target" (days before rubber gloving everything). Go look it up if you wish. Many of the old photos of ulcerative syph were taken of dermatologists (now, I'm talking before penicillin, but it DID happen) HIV needs moisture to remain viable (or so it has been reported) and won't transmit thru unbroken skin. GC (diplococcus - clap) is a pretty BIG item and needs mositure as well to survive and it won't pass unbroken skin either.

everybody will most likely have microscopic small injuries at their fingers. Guess you cut the skin at your fingernails from time to time or you touch sharp items. I have even cut my fingers at paper without even recognizing it. No need for a mucous membrane (who told you that nonsense ?), blood to blood contact is the way it is transmitted.

HIV or Hepatitis might be transmitted that way, just to name two of the worst.

The girl might be - for what reason ever - bleeding without you and her knowing. Would you like to have unprotected contact with some of her blood ?


Or to phrase it in a different way : Would you dare to touch a HIV positive blood sample without gloves ?

I just wanted to remind everyone again about one of the scams going on in Phuket. It's been going on for a while, even after the tsunami, and yes, even in low season.
The scam is this, if you are an experienced punter, you will probably negotiate the price up front before you take a girl from a bar. (ST=$500, LT$1000, plus bar fine). Once the girl knows that you are experienced, she agrees to go with you LT after you pay the bar. Back in the room everything is fine until after you finish doing the girl the first time. Then, she will either make up some excuse to leave (ex. my roomate doesn't have a key to our house, etc) or she will just say that she only wants to do ST.

Now this isn't always the case, and it's only happened to me once last summer, but many of the girls have told me this is common when they know we know what we're doing. The reasons they gave me is this: If the guy doesn't know what he's doing, he'll either pay a lot more money, or he'll be satisfied with just 2 pops, one at night and another in the morning. In addition, the girls are interested in making more money. If they ST with you, then they can go back to the bar, or disco, and hook up with someone else for a LT, increasing their earned money by at least $500. PLUS, many of the bars actually give the girls a percentage of the bar fines, so two bar fines are better than one.

The solution is this, and may seem harse to some of you, but you should NOT pay the girl. Instead, tell her that the two of you agreed on LT and that is why you bar fined her. Tell her that she's a liar and trying to rip you off. Tell her that you already paid the bar for her ($300-500) and that's all ST is worth. Plus, you don't want to have to leave to go out and find another girl, AND you don't want to have to pay another bar fine, again $300-500.

Of course, the girl will put on a show of being angry and demanding payment, but stand your ground and just kick her out. Don't worry if she threatens you that she's going to tell people and you'll never be able to go out to the bars again, money talks and BS walks, so send her walking. Don't let her stay at this point. However, never ever ever use physical force on the girl or you'll end up in the police station.
Tell all your friends about the scam.

In my case last year, I was so disappointed. I had heard about the scam before and not expecting it since I talked with my girl for a long time about staying LT. In fact, this girl was the perfect type of girl for me in every way. If she didn't pull the scam with me, I would have kept her for a very very long time and she would have made a lot of money. The one time we had sex amazing, and I'm sure I even made her cum twice. I would have loved to have spent more time with this girl. Even still, she was only after the bigger payoff. If it happens to you, don't get taken off guard, and don't take it personally.

I've heard of this kind of scam before. I've never seen it. Actually, I've had the opposite problem. Often -- more often then the scam happens I'm sure -- the girl will want to spend the night even after negotiating short time beforehand. It's a a very nice ego boost having to damn near force them out the door when you are ready for them to leave.

Either way, be sure to get what you agreed upon, which should be the same as what you wanted. Otherwise you are just wasting time. When you are looking for guidence, remember what Dalton - Road House had to say:
All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your (bargirl). Expect the unexpected. Two, take it outside. Never start anything inside the bar (or the hotel room) unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice ... until it's time to not be nice.

A girl I was with, I picked her up in Patong and took her to my room in PhuketTown, had to call someone. This was before the days of cellphones, so we went outside and, guess what, uncle was ill and she needed to go to Buriram immediately (in the middle of the night...)
I told her she could go anytime, but I would only pay in the morning after I cashed a check. It was before the days of ATMs as well.
She stayed and never talked about uncle again. I paid her the next morning after I dropped her off at her bar in Patong.
We had one more pleasant night together. Neither of us mentioned uncle...

BTW The girls in Hua Hin do the same thing almost everytime.
It is much better to talk of ST only and set a price accordingly. Some will go, some will stay for a little extra (your terms apply) or even for free.
It's a business deal: Stick with the contract.
