LapTop Dancing Clubs in melbourne
During my first trip to Melbourne i was pleasantly surprised at the various entertainment available. Based on my (incorrect) impression of Australia i always imaged the entertainment was a bit low-brow, but i found the 4 excellent clubs which i frequented were as good as anything i have ever seen in the UK. The four establishments i visited, are as follows;

Nice classy place, a small entry charge, but most hotels will have tourist books which have free passes in them – i think the entry fee is something like $10-20. The beers are about $7, which is high by pub standards, but all the various tabletop dancing clubs had the beers at this price. When you walk in you will find 1 or 2 women dancing around a pole, good sexy dancing – but clothed. A new girl comes in each 10-15min. Apart from this entertainment women will come up to you for a chat and to sell you their special service. This consists of being taken to a private corner where the girl, for values of $20, $50 and $100, will do various personal strip shows. I took the $100 service, just to see what was the best available. The girl i select was drop dead gorgeous, and i am not kidding. Beautiful face, tall, great body, rated an easy 10. As good as the best Russian or eastern European i have even seen. She was a native Australia, from an island close to Melbourne, so was no city slicker. She did a great dance with a full strip, typical lap dancing stuff. I though it was not great value for money, but i did pick the best looking woman that i have seen for a while and she was in great demand – so i suppose its expected. Good place generally.

This was less classy. Entry fee was about $16. You walk up some stairs to the main area, which consists of a large stage. There is one girl who does an act, and the acts get raunchy. The girls strip and do soap and water shows and similar activity. For those who have been to Bangkok, easily as good as anything you would see their. The girls were nice. Unfortniuatly i was in a suit and the wet and soapy girls started fondling the customers – so to avoid suit damage i left. I assume you could get the same personal service as Mens gallery and was told you can get more than normal service – i assume this means a hand job, or similar, but i am only guessing.
Goldfingers

This was similar to Mens Gallery, but i would say the average women were better looking. Men's Gallery had one drop dead gorgeous girl, but the rest were average. Goldfingers had a lot of above average girls, however no drop deal gorgeous girls, but very few average or below average. About $18 entry, beers at $7. There are several bars and a pool table section. A few girls are found doing ad-hoc dances, but nothing too raunchy. The girls come up to convince you to try the special show. I selected a very nice lady wearing nothing but a large fish-net body socking but was not ready so asked her to come back later. In the gap i spoke to another lady, which i did not fancy, but was a good conversationalist. After a lot of coaxing i decided to try her services and i made the right decision – while i did not fancy her face too much she had a perfect body with almost no pubic hair – she was a natural blond. This was similar to Showgirls – a single raunchy act with girls walking round selling their services. I did not have time to try anything, but like showgirls i was told you may be able to get something extra their – whatever that may mean. The girls i spoke to were never specific.
As a general statement, i was told that in mens gallery and goldfinger the girls pay $50 to work the club, thus their only income is the special services – thus rip off's should be minimal. Because the shows are raunchy at the other two places, i suspect the the arrangement may be different – if the clubs pay the girls and get a cut of their specials services, the rip off possibility is higher. I, however, had no problems.
282 Coppin Street - RIP OFF
Last Friday night I went to Candy Club (previously known as Rochelle's) in Richmond. Unforunately it was early in the evening, and they only had one girl on - a black African/Euro chick called Alexis. Seemed very friendly, but wasn't my type so I left. So, my best advise is check out the internet - most of this stuff is totally legal in melbourne - so its well advertised.
