What Country has the Best Women for STR?

I have visited LOS hundreds of times (I'm retired airline crew).

You should not consider Pattaya, here's why:

The last time I went (2008) I vowed never again, each time it gets more crowded, more cynical and more expensive. The Russians have discovered it in a big way, I don't have a problem with Russians on an individual level, but they have brought their own gangster culture with them, so now you have the Euro / UK dodgy (criminal) expats, the Thai Gangstas (everywhere) and the Russians.

The sea is filthy, they pump the city sewage in there, sure its a ways out, but still.

It really is built around sex, and for me, that can just be too much 24/7 in your face. (and I love sex and love Asian women!)

Pattaya will be absolutely insanely overcrowded and overpriced at Christmas time.

If you have never done Thailand, you should go, be assured you will find P4P easily everywhere you go there.

You could try less obvious mongering areas, such as Chaing Mai, Ko Samet (not Ko Samui!) or even Korat A. K. A Nakhon Ratchisama, this last area is the backwoods, very little English spoken in comparison to the other places I recommend!

Bangkok will be throbbing, it always is, but if you like the city scene, and don't mind paying the highest prices in Thailand (it's still cheap for Westerners, relatively speaking) then you will find literally dozens of ways to get your rocks off there, as well as countless alternative amusements not sex related, it is one of my favourite world cities for just about anything, great people, (you can even easily pick up a real GF if you are young and reasonable-looking) amazing nightlife, culture, food, and some of the worlds top hotels to pamper yourself in.

You could also consider 'emerging' P4P zones such as Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia etc. I'd avoid the Philippines, some guys swear by it, I don't like it because it feels more dangerous than everywhere else, the national food is shit (canned corned beef twenty-seven ways and crunchy pigs-ears for breakfast anyone?) and it was the only place I've ever been robbed.by a pair of hookers in my hotel room, they took my duty-free cologne while my back was turned, but still.

But there are stunners there, everyone and their dog speaks fluent English, it is very US-centric culturally, and there are some fabulous outer islands where you can get P4P without the city hassles. Just my two cents worth, but bottom line, if you go to Pattaya, and you have a crap time, you were forewarned here first!

I will take a look at Chaing Mai and Ko Samet, but perhaps not Korat if there is not so much English spoken there. I know Laos girls are very nice so will consider that as a possibility well. I am not sure about Vietnam and Cambodia because when I read field reports for these places, quite often guys don't appear to be having such a great time! I am familiar with Bangkok already and I agree with you about the food in the Philippines!

The problem with a lot of these 'cheap as chips' destinations is the HIV rates, how does Ethiopia figure on that score? The Ukraine is another place where there are about 20,000 hookers in the capital, who make US$200-400 a week, but HIV is a major issue. I have been to Joburg, South Africa many times, and never went near the women for exactly this reason, statistically, the odds are just stacked too high, condom or not.

Jakarta is good for cheap hotties too, but like Manila, the focus is going to be on P4P 24/7. Thanks to the religious zealotry there, outside the upmarket hotel nightclubs and the Hard Rock Cafe, theres, not much else to do there, except go to malls and get stuck in endless traffic jams.

I'm not too bothered that there is not much else to do there.

However, Thailand, Indonesia, and China are ok. During the peak holiday season, I would think that you are limited pretty much to Asia and Africa.
