Some companies skip the 1 months bonus and give less, but usually they make it up by giving their employees more time off or 1/2 pay vacation time.

So for the girls and shop owners to ask for a little extra time, I think is in line for Tet. Of course it does get annoying after awhile, but I guess I'm just used to it by now.

I checked out Hello, Spa over the weekend. The place is nice inside but the rooms are setup kind of weird. Its one room partitioned horizontally and 1 shared bathroom for each room of 2 sections. This could be uncomfortable if the place is busy (for me at least).
