FACT1: The LE probably suspect that ALL Spa's / Massage Parlors are a front for other extras,

FACT2: BUT they need to catch them in the act to make the charges stick. That's where there is a strong chance that they can get a few clues from the a few careless entries.

For example if I were to state that Girl X at SPA X (X being the actual names) is very greedy for money or needs money for her sick child and does a BBBJ for 1500/- a LE in civils may offer her 3000/- to tempt her, he may additionally provide some reassurance to her that a friend of his came the other day and got a BJ for 1500/-, the girl may then provides the extras and the place is raided.

Also in another instance someone may name a girl as Anu** from Par*** Spa, another may name her as A**la from P****ise Spa. I know most LE are too STUPID to figure this out but just in case they are taking their vitamins and able to put these two reports together let us be careful.

I don't mean to be a wet blanket and I probably watch too many detective movies but just be careful guys at least for the next few months.

I agree with your views, but would like to add one or two points. Talking of Paradise Spa, may I say that any member who thinks LE is not monitoring this forum is living in a "fool's paradise". The powers that be can easily block access to this forum as they have done with other sex sites, but they have not done so. This may be because LE is getting useful information from here.

We recently had the example of two TEP's in Boralesgamuwa being described here, and within a week a TEP in that area was raided.

So what are the bright spots in the present situation:

(a) The "need" of the Police for additional income via bribes. There is a strong movement to curb illicit liquor, which is the other source of income. In that case, they will need to rely more on massage parlours as a source of income. Discreet reporting by members on this forum can help identify places which are "in favour" with the Police. Two examples are Nirovin and Liberty Plaza.

(b) The need of the Government to get additional income tax to reduce the budget deficit. If the buggers at Inland Revenue have any brains they should target massage parlours which are openly advertising on Hitads, and make sure that they pay their taxes (income tax and VAT). This would be fairer than imposing a tax on wheat flour and bread. Places like Golden Towers MP must be making a big profit as they charge Rs.2500 for a one hour massage. How can places like this be allowed to operate without issuing printed receipts?

Excellent point, this is where they can really do their job, also maybe Spa's should be paying salaries and possibly EPF too, these are what the legal sections should look at, instead of trying to harras the girls.

The owner had fled away and got to know he was under warrant for some other case as well. If a brave girl who is rich on taking a case up definitely it will revolve the country's raids. Getting a forced signature for something never done is illegal and unfortunately this happens inside Asia's wonderland police stations.
