I left MDE about a week ago and they were directing foreigners to use the kiosks The kiosks show the Canadian, US and Colombian flags on the initial screen as nationalities that can use it. Some agents recognize the change, others do not. That is my opinion.

I would just try to use the kiosks next time since it works with foreign passports from the US at least.

Hopefully that is the last post on this topic.

There was a HUGE line at 7 am with ONLY two agents and the only people using BioMig were Colombians as that line specifically said for Colombians only. There was a sign that said to enroll in BioMig to make it easy but upon entering that website the first statement that appears is Solo Para Colombianos.

I have only used BioMig once in Colombia and that was in El Dorado Bogota on Dec 31,2023 when the lines were so long that agents told EVERYONE to use BioMig to alleviate the pressure of continuous missed flights due to delays.

Even if it is just your opinion it is dead wrong. First you do not know what the outliers pay. Second if you think that then your thoughts run counter to how every other efficient market works in the world.

Market prices are discovered. Buyers and sellers come to together and negotiate on prices. It is through those negotiations and deals that are actually closed that market price is determined. Problem is, pussy prices are not entered into the order book and then tracked as each deal is made.

But if you can imagine that they are their is the indicator called Volume Price Visual Range. That is a look the amount of volume at different price points at in a particular market. As those who are familiar with basic statistics this indicator usually shows you visual on a chart the volume at different price points and it looks like a standard bell curve. That mean the price were most buyers and sellers are willing to do business is at the top of the bell curve.
