I only went to one Silvester Party at the end of 2014 and was disappointed with the lack of orgy atmosphere. I think in 2014 the winner got 10 K, then it went down to 5 k, then they didn't do it anymore. It was definitely more representative than 5 guys on the internet. An entry would get you a ballot, but I think you could as well buy extra ballots.
