If both of you are non-Egyptians, then you are lucky enough and probably you won't have a problem even in a single room.

If you are misrable Egyptians, then.

1- If you are doing that weekly or bi weekly. Then rent an apartment in a nice area (Decent area or compound or alrehab for example).

2- If you are doing this once and for all, then 2 Rooms in 5 or 4 Stars hotel in the first option although it will be costly. I can add the following tips:

A. Please don't push for two adjacent rooms as they will notice. Any two rooms in the Hotel will do the job.

B. Please don't enter the Hotel with each other and check in two different time.
