Been to AC many times and find it to be disappointing. Just the quality of the girls and their eyes for the 333's makes it no fun at all.

Pattaya is still fun but like PP you need to pan to find gold. The old timers there tell me Pattaya is also not a patch on what it once was. I still enjoy the hunt there regardless.

I guess things have changed right across SE Asia. Girls want more because the 333's throw more at them. Not hard to understand why. Even 4000 bht is cheap compared to what western and Korean and Japanese guys have to pay for sex back home with average girls. I do not mind PP but it has limited options and is good for a few days of fun.

Hard to know where the new hunting grounds will be. In the meantime I will continue to do what our hobby demands. Seek out the gems from the fakes.

The bar on 130 was Intoxica. Uncle V and I were raped! I won't name the common bars but another fun one no one mentions is Heartbreakers (across from Pasha) on 118. Don't expect top lookers at either bar by any means.

Flamingo hotel will not be open for 9 to 12 months. They are basically tore down most of the walls.

Walkabout- 6 to 9 months. The windows are all gone. I was in town for a week. Never saw any workers and my hotel was down the street.

Blue tongue hotel- 3 to 6 months. They are working at the site.

I don't have much to offer anyone who knows PP.

I make a comparison for those normally in Bangkok.

Phnom Penh is hardly developed. No freeways, hardly any traffic lights, cars low, motorcycles high. Tuks Tuks have very low power compared to Bangkok but you can get a better price. Taxis are very low also. SIM bought at airport was a scam. I wanted just Data. It functioned in the airport but no where else that I noticed it working. Spend money in US dollars with any change less than 1 US dollar being in Riel, where I gathered was like 45000 Riel = US$1.

Hotel De Art tried to look arty but some basic errors. Bedside light is almost falling off, wires hanging out, and doesn't really work. Electric jug has Europe plug but Sockets are U.K. Only place could plug it in was at beside multi purpose socket. Be prepared with all types of socket adapters. The restaurant served a soggy burger and the ketchup was a strange brown transparent colour and did not taste at all like tomatoes, faintly vinegar, and non descript.

Many girls faces have dingy dirty coloured look, very bland. The better looking girls with a different tan do not look very Thai, perhaps slightly like Buriram girls, even more different to Thai looks than Indonesian and Filippina girls, to my eye.

In the bars, it's pretty much half of Bangkok prices, for drinks, BFs, ST, etc. , was my impression.

I looked at some bars in 104 road / street. Most had ugly girls. "One Zero Four" bar had a lot of girls probably 20 at the time. Mamasan says 35 work there. Much better looking than the other places I had a peak in. However quite a few were having tummies. Mamasan assured me that there were no surgeries girls at all, although some tits looked very suspicious to me, could have been a push-up job I guess.

Took a long time for any girl to really stand out. When I saw A-keo, she was clearly much prettier and very good body with luscious looking tits partly covered. Tan skin, nose cute and small but slightly too broad as normal for Cambodian.

Was just my bad luck turned out she was a 2nd day newbie, and very nervous and shy. I hoped a few leg opener drinks would work wonders, but not really. No way was she going to go for a fuck. Would not even sit in the bar leaning against me or even touching. She admitted to having a baby but would not say how recently. Could be her tits still have milk. Spoke English a bit, and admitted a past BF had taken her to Bangkok and Pattaya. She could work in a top Thai bar and get customers easily despite the tan skin, as just looked classy and pretty. Very nice girl but she was just not yet getting into hooker mode. So she has to live on drinks alone for the moment. Mamasan felt so sorry for me. LOL I was getting on much more famously with the mamasan but she was too fat for me.

Except for one horrible girl at Loco every single bar girl in PP will let you grope them to your desire and DFK them for a lady drink, at least from my experience. What's up fellas looking to do Phnom Penh for 3 nights and I wanted to know what 4-5 Star hotels are girl friendly would anyone recommend out there?

I recommend the Himawari, the Amanjaya Pancam, and the Sofitel in the 4 to 5 star girl friendly hotel category. The Himawari because I like their large rooms and great swimming pool. The Amanjaya because it is a real nice boutique hotel close to all the hostess bars and has very nice rooms with balconies and a touch of class, but sadly no pool. And the Sofitel because it is new and above the rest, but also the most expensive on this list.

I have stayed at the Himawari (deluxe suite w / bfst) for around $92 and the Amanjaya (Panoramic suite w / bfst) for $95. See if you can find rates like these on Agoda or Expedia. I have not stayed at the Sofitel Phnom Penh, but I did stay at the Sofitel Siem Reap and it was great, so one day I might just try the Sofitel Phnom for a change and a little bit of luxury. The best rate I have seen for the Phnom Sofitel was around $135. The only downside I see with this hotel besides the price is its location, but that might be an asset in disguise because it's location opens up new possibilities in Phnom Penh that you might not otherwise check out. Ha Ha. And besides its only a tuk tuk ride away from all the usual places you might want to go.

I can confirm that these 3 hotels above are all girl friendly most especially the Amanjaya. They don't bat an eye when you take a girl or girls up to your room. The Himawari security guy sometimes requests a girl's ID and sometimes he does not, but he was always cordial and respectful to me in either case and my girls were always allowed entry at no additional cost. Just book your reservation for two wherever you decide to stay.

Take note: a Hyatt Regency is under construction right across the street from the National Museum. Talk about the changing skyline of Phnom Penh. Wow - not good IMHO. But that high rise hotel will not be ready for occupancy until sometime in 2020.

Do any one know if Sarys Guesthouse is closed? It is on street 130, close to Loco Bar.
