I had been to her only once. But defenitely there is something weird or wrong about her. I have a strong suspicion that if not a hijra, she could be a female-convert. I met her at around noon today (had negotiated a lower price in the morning, and since we live at opposite ends of Bangalore decided to meet somewhere midway). After getting into the car she wanted an advance payment of 2K saying some bullshit about having to give it to her friend (who wasn't present anywhere in the vicinity). Legalisation may be a good start towards, first regulating, then supervising, then curbing and finally finishing crimes associated with prostitution. It is raided 2 weeks back. I went there last to last Mon and there was a lock on the main gate. Numbers not picked up (both landline and I also have mobile of the hero).
