But recently during a blood donation to my relative, KIMS hospital said they will check for HIV test and only then they will used blood, I told OK, then after 5 days got the result and its Negative, my blood was passed to donation. So am I clean? Or need to do some more test, just to confirm? Please advice.

Transfusion sample is usually tested for HIV and Hepatitis. So you can safely assume that you are clean as your blood was allowed for transfusion. However, it also depends on the gap between your last encounter and blood donation. Hepatitis window time is minimum 8 weeks, also in some rare cases HIV takes longer time to get detected. My intent here is not to be skeptical/pessimistic or scare you, just to let you know about the probable corner cases. IMHO, you need not worry in your case. It is also good to get tested periodically, like once in a quarter.
