Despite being forced out of at least 3 other previous locations by neighbour complaints she persisted in operating from flats and apartments. It doesn't matter if you're a hooker, drug dealer or whatever else, if you have dozens of visitors all day every day (and in this case all male) and are in close proximity to others eventually someone is going to get suss.
I wonder if they got her for Elizabeth St as well.

Very hard for the defence to fight against, especially if some reports go back years. Proves a long term thing, more than a 4 day period of a masseur not following management guidelines.

In reality the best they can get from ISG is a few ideas about where to go looking.

The reality is that a huge number of dodgy looking men turning up to a address at all hours is bound to attract first the neighbors and then the police's attention. It is how drug dealers often come undone let alone R&T"s (not that I am comparing the two as far as serious crime goes). In fact a nosey neighbour might well expect drugs or something similar and contact the local cop shop. This then leads on to more investigation.
