Should be easier for you to find a good girl since you are young (my guess is you are white since you are from Europe). Just by being 30 yrs old you can find any girl at any age without worrying about the age gap (19 and over of course, you don't want an underage), 11 yrs difference will be your biggest age gap, so more likely both of you will look like the same age, so she won't be ashamed of you or try to hide you from her family or friends (like it happens sometimes with a bigger age gap like 30 yrs or more). The kind of person that would easily be taken advantage of. The Philippines is a hard knocks country. It is a former colony and as such the people have come to look upon foreigners differently. I think that it is difficult for a Filipina to develop greater allegiance to a foreigner then it is to anyone of their compatriots. I've seen my Filipina girlfriends take sides with a trike driver that she doesn't know over me. It is probably the worst place in the world to go spouse hunting but perhaps the best country in the world to get an easy lay. BTW, you do not want to get emotionally involved with a prostitute. You can't unscramble an egg and you can't reform a prostitute.

My advice would be to go to Vientiane Laos for a month and hang out. I think the girls there are less jaded and more sincere. You will find a girl there will be grateful for you and see you for yourself and not as an income source. Good luck and be careful.

If done properly it will change your perspective on women completely. But consider it only as a learning opportunity where you try to meet as many girls as you possibly can. Sleep with as many as you want. You will lose the desperation that many western men feel. Once you see that there are literally millions of women who would choose YOU, then you need to learn how to choose and appropriate one for YOUR needs. Why the hurry?

Finding the right woman and having a family is not easy, is not like you go to a store, choose a product, take it home and that's it!

Most people takes them years to find one. It took me 3 years (and living with her for 14 months) for me to be finally 100% convince that my wife is the right woman for me, you can take a shortcut of course and do it for less time BUT you got to live with her at least 6 months before you decide she is the one, not less than that, you can not just visit her one month and then know for sure she is the one, it doesn't work like that anywhere in the world.

Maybe you can find someone online have a long distance relationship for 1 year (videocall her everyday) and then you can visit her and by the second trip you can marry her. You can do it if you are ready for it, but we don't think you are.

It is the total opposite. They decide they want to get married then they look for someone to do it with them. If I go buy a car I can look at reviews and talk to mechanics and decide pretty quickly yes this would be a pretty good car to buy.

You can not do that with a person. I say you need to live with a person at least 1 year (4 seasons here in North America). You need to get to know all of their habits. Do they pay bills on time. Do they clean up after themselves. IMO you should get to know a person then decide to marry the person, not decide to get married and then find the person as you would do a car.
