I suppose it doesn't make much difference, I doubt you'd be able to do a runner anyway. I admit I found it a trifle annoying when the Mama tried it on me, so I just said "Oh, yeah? I walked in and to the left which was newbie mistake no. 2 (coming in this early was mistake no. 1). The place looked dead, stage was empty etc. Took a table and ordered a large bintang while a mamasan asked me if I like tall slim or tall chubby girls. Before waiting for my answer she used her laser thingy to beckon two quite good looking ladies. No english from both of them, but slim one was all smiley and eager looking. I chose her, paid 285K to the mama and off we went to the warren of rooms downstairs. On the way I realised mistake no. 2 (all the girls were sitting on couches on the right side, and thats where I should have gone first to have a look). The rooms were clean, with decent showers (no toilets) , and comfy beds. This girl gave me the most amazing full body cath bath ever! Good attitude and she was try hard to communicate but for the language barrier. She sucked like a pro, rode cowgirl and I finished off on top. Things we have to share on this site, so other readers don't get the same experience. As a matter of fact I had the same last week in Classic. Maybe early afternoon is not the best time to visit 2nd floor, better to visit basement. Take a jump in the pool, have a sauna and then go for a ++massage, the risk is that only very few girls will speak English. Last week I wanted to go back to the 5th floor, finding out it opens at 17. 00 (I was there at 14. 00). Thus went down to 2nd floor, only a few guests, already a lot of girls. Mamasans were fighting to be my 'guide' (a thing I don't like, because she will only show HER girls to you). She picked a girl, it sounded like 'Patty', slim, nice face, but small boobs, not my choice. I asked the girl if she had a friend with bigger boobs, she had: Dewi, same sofa (far right after entrance) , nice body, cute face. Asked her if she liked kissing, yes, yes. legendary club in jakarta's nightlife. entry on monday was 50k including a free drink. dark, dirty, drugs & hookers. great music, i'm still listening the downloaded livesets and the remixes made by the resident dj's are often played in clubs all over the world. it is a very seedy place where people mainly come to get high on x and harder stuff which can simply be bought off the staff. they basically have some mamasans walking around whom you explain your requirements to and within a few minutes she'll come back with 2 or 3 choices. my requirements were: indo-chinese, average to tall size with medium breasts, a choice of 4 girls within a few minutes and one who'm i rated an 8 was chosen. we went down a floor (or 2?) to a room, spend 1, 5 hour doing various exercises and parted ways. damage was 300k.

i visited twice however never alone. i didn't feel unsafe at any moment, even when walking around alone leaving my (local) friends for an hour or two. there were a couple of other foreigners in, some by themselves, but the majority was indonesian. in general quite friendly people who would invite you to their table if they weren't already too stoned to do so. had some interesting conversations, for as much that was possible with the music.

the place is darker & seedier than stadium. visited on two occasions during my week in jakarta, both nights were absolutely rocking and the place was packed. i think the regular entrance is 50k on weekends but we entered through a backdoor with my friends connections. the place has a dangerous feel, the people have a very different look than the regulars at stadium, think full of tattoos, lots of piercings at strange places, half shaven heads and most people are very afraid of light etc. the main room is under renovation and will be opened in december, however there is a part of the dance floor as well as a smaller room open. you can also rent private rooms one floor up.

on the first night that we were there, there was a police raid at 05:30am, however this was pre-announced through the music system (indonesian language only) so everyone conveniently had time to get rid of their "stuff". i did not see any other foreigners on both nights, but was told that they do occasionally pop in.

drugs are prevalent, as is prostitution. an extremely serious warning that there are very, very wrong things happening regarding heavily ****d girls. i was propositioned by a 13 year old girl who wanted to hold "jr" while taking a leak for 10k. i have heard from my friends that this is not an exception and that they are willing to do much more than just holding him. please do not participate in this, for morality reasons as well as set-up reasons.

to get the normal aged girls (18+) , they are all around the club and will freely grope you. alternatively you can go through the pimps found in the corners. prices are cheaper than stadium. with my mind set on "try before you die / bucket list" i banged a hot chick from medan on the toilet for 80k + 5k tip for the toilet attendant to keep an eye out. take-out starting at 100/150k.

I think its much better than Stadium, bigger, better music and cleaner. Prostitution is there as in any place in kota.

I feel much safer there than in stadium. I think its a great place to go and have a good time. Lots of people use xtc (myself included).

Its start getting busy arround 01:00 at night.

Alternatively, they could slip something a little stronger than usual and you might find yourself in a room with someone not of legal age when "police" comes in to see how much cash you have on your ATM.

In my opinion it does have a more dangerous feel, but it is not necessary more dangerous than Stadium. There are no surprise raids, and I nor my friend have ever heard of any police waiting outside either. I realize that if you're there to have fun, are with (a) friend (s) and enjoying yourself everything will probably go great. The thing is that once alone, probably, and perhaps not voluntarily, high on something, it's a whole different ballpark.

So therefore, just as an advise, bring a friend. What fun is clubbing alone anyway?
