I often carry flushable wipes in a travel packet when moving around town. Public toilets such as you'll find in the major malls usually don't have a tabo or toilet paper. One never knows when #2 will strike, especially given the possibility that the sisig or lumpia you just ate may have been made with questionable sanitation standards.
