Visited yesterday, but only because I was beaten to the punch at Station St by about 30 seconds by some dude whose license plate started with a W and the number 1. Probably one of you lads. Anyways, I was unlucky enough to get some girl being trained. So I had 4 hands going for a while. I could tell the massage with the young bird wasn't going anywhere. You may have to get expert evidence to show that your 'identity' and 'location' can be forged on an email.

I have worked IT security for years. A forum cannot be used as evidence There has to be actual evidence they have to send someone to a premises' to have evidence All they can do is send officer / investigator in and they have to offer the offence. If you are private messaging and there is an interception a warrant they will be getting all dater from you a warrant has to be granted to correlate this and yes all mobile and internet data is gathered as part of this land line calls. This is a legal requirement of all ISP's to be able to capture this data. At best a forum like this would be used to see which place is getting to out of control. How do you find the place? Is exactly how authorities do, it is not hard. People have to advertise to get customers? The 80% Investigated would be people complaining about a shop 10% is if to many are springing up in a particular area again public pressure and then it comes down to political presser with in government and public perception. There are people pay a lot of many for licences do you think they may have a vested interest in reporting a place they perceive getting too big this forum would more like be used by these people not the federalizes.

It cost to much to monitor these forums unless they suspect something and then they would warrant all users so if you were using pm it is as accessible as info public they would have all info. However this is rare and not likely. The out of control is monitored by the complaints back to authorities. Nabors and unhappy customer, LOL and there wife's. They monitor source information business advertising before they come look in places that has questionable info. So I guess in short if you have forum and pm messaging all info is the same if monitoring and to be used a warrant has to be issued to isp this includes phone. This forum would have less than 1% impact on any outcome in regards to investigations or to trigger 1.

There are a number of firms in Australia which specialise in "brothel busting". They work as contractors to local councils to get evidence to close illegal shops down. They pick up from threads like this and use the information to go and visit the shops and solicit illegal activity. Because they are licenced PIs, they can give evidence in courts which can result in the shops being fined and closed.

The councils only do if there hands are forced by public pressure as it costs. With little return to council for the total cost.

And in some cases receiving kick backs (for the sync's). Like I said forum would have 1% impact for some 1 to look there is already a push.

They do not actively do.

I use to work in IT on this side so not wanting to miss lead just convey reality. Think about it by the time something hits forum the ground swell is accelerating more people knocked on door Nambour complains ('complaints go on record) an has to be seen to be actioned') or some 1 has bad experience and complains or some 1 befriends a girl and tries to look after her as many of the girls resent boss.

I not saying they don't monitor just saying if a place is to be targeted it is already being looked at before they look for threads. And unless a warrant is issued can not be admissible if this is don every thing is captured all data movement.

So in short be careful but not deluded how did you find a place most do from locanto the local paper, gumtree 90%are illegal do you think people don't understand. For the amount out there they are not close quickly It pure economics.
