Have not bothered with bars in 3 years but I'm sure if a guy can put in enough time week day afternoons he can find great deals as I did before. If you use a love motel they do not require to hold your ID if you arrive in a prrsonal car. Either drive in or if the chica has her own car and you meet her outside they will not hold your ID.

So naturally you will find Thai girls to be better English speakers. If you go to Philippines. You will find that even more the case. Every girl speaks decent English.
