I checked into a hotel in Patpong last weekend and my room wasn't to be ready for 45 mins. I'd never been to Patpong before and figured that I'd go find SOL. If it weren't for the very good directions on a website I found I'd have never found the place. As it was I didn't sit down at Cleo's but a place that was across the soi so I couldn't see the girls at all to make a choice. I walked in the place and the girl chose me. I was the only customer there the whole time.

Dental White on Soi 22... I posted all the info before many time in the thai threads.... Local ExPat's and a few folks associated with ISG have used them with no issues.
I have some questions about what should I expect when I pick up a girl for ST, can I squeeze in 2 shots or is it just one? If it's just one shot it could be over after 15 minutes. The different in temperature between the two months is minor. It will get a few degrees cooler in Nov (85 degrees vs 80 degrees during the day-average). The amount of rain is a big different. Bangkok frequently get flooded during Sept after a big rain storm. I remember staying at the Taipan Hotel near Soi Cowboy during Sept last year. The road there was impassable for an hour or so after the big rain storm because of flooding.
There is no public holiday that will cause the goverment to shut down the bar for a day or two during these two months.
If I have a choice, I will go there during Nov instead of Sept.

I would go for November for less rain and humidity.
on my last night in bangkok i decided to go back to soi cowboy and pull the hottest girl i had seen this trip.

Only thing I can think of is Loy Kratong which I think is Nov 2 this year (monday) and it's not a national holiday. But it is a day when the thai pay respect to the goddess of the waters by floating candle lit offerings on the waterways.
I've gone on dinner cruises during this and it's very nice but the dinner cruises usually sell out long time in advance.
As far as mongering goes, and I could be wrong but I don't know of anything in Nov that would affect you getting laid.
