A month back, I made a new account. Didn't take premium membership since I was not in a hurry and they offered 10 free messages. After a week I got suspended again. Could not log in and no reason given. I wondered if it was because I gave my telegram ID in my messages, or if I made a new ID with the same IP address.
Next time, new ID, same pic, got banned again. (so they match pics and maybe IP address).
Next attempt, used a VPN to make the account, location shown was Europe. Then changed it to my regular IP and changed location. Got banned.
Trying again with a new computer and new IP (not a VPN) with no pic. Will wait for a week to see if it is ok before paying.
Not gone in for premium yet. I intend to so so using play store, as Indian CC is not being accepted.

These are some of the things used to check for banned accounts, in all likely you have a permanent ban which they take very seriously, the only way you can get out of the banned status is to email support and explain your situation and they will in all likelyhood let you back in.
